Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
warm milk 50ml
dry yeast 1 tsp
melted butter 20g
flour 300g
salt 1/2 tsp
olive oil 1 tbsp
filling:
brown sugar 80g
cinnamon 2 tsp
melted butter 40g
some milk to brush the top
baking form 20cm
bake at 180C for 30-35minutes
