Update 1/12/24: This is my last week! HALLELUJAH! Our biggest problem is they wanna squeeze the work of four people out two, all while one is trapped at the register all shift.
I was hired a few days ago and was doing clbs training for 5 hours today. Anyways, I watched the cameras while watching the videos and literally this is what I saw happening all day.
That’s how my location works we have 2 key holders and we have two registers and I’m the only one who runs it and I’m constantly backed up because the key holders only ever do stocking for some reason and it sucks so much
Andy Mason, damn same here in Texas, they work our asses to death. I just got off work today looking at other people's videos trying to make myself feel better about my shitty job
Gabriel Mendoza, yea you get paid more than our assistant managers.. ASM usually make $400 a week. I make $1000 a week as SM but my store is high volume
Go ahead and fix. They can't pay u. Smh.. sucks they don't want to pay the ppl to keep them working. And help those conditions. Smh. Only the man power will help. I work retail I know smh . Ty for the ones that do
So that everyone understands that this video was taken almost 2 years ago. I no longer work for Dollar General I quit over a year and a half ago to start my own business.
Jeremy Thomas I wouldof work my ads off for you.I get 12 hours a week when my managers friend gets 42.and gets complaints from customers everyday, bad complaints
@@tinyrick4991 It's not the manager, it's corporate and how managers are only allowed to schedule a certain amount of hours. SAs are purposely kept below 25 hours by the men upstairs. Managers would schedule more if they could.
Yup. And you're at the register, and the other is stocking. And since you're at the register, they call you lazy because you were at the register all Night.
This is exactly what happened to me!! I was hired as store manager. They gave me my store and when I saw what was going on with all the back stock from 3 trucks still in the stock room...immediately they basically said...well it's your problem now!! I have 3 kids at home and married and my district manager at the time basically was telling me I needed to be there like 12 to 13hrs a day for like 6 days a week. I got on other employees for not doing their part and it's still my fault for their actions cause I was the manager!! Hey, you can drag a horse to water but you can't make it drink!!! After I was rudely talked down to by my dm...I never went back to waste any second of my time on a company that doesn't appreciate my DEPENDABLE work.
Sue for overtime and backpay. FLSA states that to be qualified as exempt your job must be majority office work. They were sued multiple times in 2010 and lost every case. The company steals between 12k to 35K from every store manager every year. Check with an employment lawyer, even if you are no longer with the company you should still be able to sue for what they owe you. Our DM promotes SM based on how well he thinks they can work truck meaning he's intentionally setting them up to get taken advantage of and he is aware of it. I mention this to most store managers I meet. Depending on how long you've been with the company as a SM but you might remember SMs having to clock in and out for a time, this was in response to the lawsuits. After sufficient time had passed they left SMs clocked in and soon after required 48 hrs for all SMs, though not necessarily internally as I noticed when our SM was on leave we only received 40 extra hours, about a year later we started receiving 48.
ive been working at dollar general for over 3 years and the only part of my store that looks remotely similar is the back room. we almost never have rolltainers or uboats on the floors because well we stock them. we get our trucks on Friday and generally have our stock done by Sunday leaving to recovery for the rest of the week which makes our store very clean. and from my point of view he was hired on as a MANAGER. dont bitch about the condition they left the store in better it and hire the right staff and you'll enjoy your job
peytonwakham22, recover for rest of week? Do you not set mag, planograms, endcaps resets, work sky shelves, do damages, reset gondolas, work overstock, price changes, match invoices, conf calls, weekly store summary, nones & tons, update business center, set AD, etc. You don't do that EVERYWEEK? Are you sure you're head manager?
Jamie Wickham I left DG, believe it or not DG use to be a great company to work for, but in the last five years there fouces to make more and more money has ruined it for there employees
Lmao, I have been a DG subject for 7 yrs so I feel your pain my friend. These employee videos Ive been watching seem like a support group for PTSD sufferers. Its like you only can truly relate if you are also on that battlefield. Stay strong my friend.
i worked as a store manager at DG for a week before being offered a job that paid nearly double... but i could tell the first few days this was a horseshit company. i thought family dollar was bad.
I love shopping at Dollar General, but have lately been reading about the problems within the company, regarding proper store staffing, especially. This is a very wealthy company, and they could afford to have more employees working at the same time, so shelves would not look picked over, and the store wouldn't be such a mess. I give all the props to the managers and employees who have to deal with this nonsense. With that said, I want to mention that the employees of "my" DG, where I usually shop, are sweet, friendly, and helpful. I adore them. I think the manager, Amanda, is really good at what she does, and makes the best of tricky situations. Thanks for posting this! Glad you got out, and I pray your new business is doing well! 💖
Then they really under pay us I’m cashier I have to do so much stuff!!! While managing my cash register they get pissed if you don’t get it all done by the time they want you to get it done.
Jeremy, wow! That's exactly what happened to me. I received an hour's worth of training and the keys to the store. Imagine my surprise when the freight load came in two hours later, unannounced! I feel ya!
I was put into these situations while working retail for 43 years. There was a time I liked to take on a mess like this just to show I could do it. I retired 3 years ago and so glad I don’t have to do this any longer. Good luck but you might want to look for something out of retail. You will be glad you did in the years to come.
I worked as a sales associate for 3 years. Started out making $7.25/hr. Worked 12 hour shifts 5-6 days a week (we were only open for 14 hours a day). No free time. Any days I had off I usually got called in because of a no call no show. One time I was abandoned by everyone else so they could go get matching tattoos and I had to work the Saturday night rush myself. Always got sent to other stores that were short staffed or were being remodeled. The most miserable company to work for. I had to beg them to allow me to leave for a funeral for my grandma and agree to work 7 days in a row after I got back ( we were talking 3 days off max.) By the time I finally had enough and quit I was making...$7.75/hr. How that company has not been investigated for the way it treats it's employees is beyond me.
I'm a third key and love my job, but I have a great team.. This happened to me at a family dollar I took over in NM. My boss is very supportive and our store never looks like this. Its all about finding the right team.
Well family dollar and dollar general are two different companies. I've worked at two dollar generals and the receiving room and store looks just like this the majority of the time :( but like you said it is all about finding the right team
I know how that feels working there for three years I finally left with how much you do. Not only that most new workers don't realize that it's a lot to deal with being a lead sales and key holder with no dang manager I was to do more work than the assistant manager smh. with all the New pogs and resets you have to do with in a week ughh was way to much but good luck to the people who are still with this company just so much to do for the store.
I had computer training 2 days and it was a zip quick thing. It wasn’t anything like you are doing either! They need more hands on than a computer! It’s a mess. No wonder people say they are not trained at our store it’s because you are not. I am there one week and I think I’m leaving. The ladies are a great support system but you do more than what the job is, not worth 10/hr and either their machines are off or they have an associate manager with a key that closes stealing. I can’t stand by that.
Looks like my store every time I go in messy, shelves bare, no buggy's because they are full of stock , can't coupon and find items so I am now a happy shopper at my Family Dollar store...much better!
Tell me about it. I got a brand new (Day 1) store. The merchandiser left it an absolute train wreck. It took me roughly 5 weeks to get that store to where it needed to be; even then I wasn't 100% satisfied with it. I have a plethora of ghetto clientele that just trash my store on a daily basis. They leave their trash everywhere and steal us blind. DG doesn't care about the security problems either. But all those empty shelves... I can certainly tell you that the people that work there are used to not doing anything. Create that change... or term the people whom aren't participating.
I don't mind intense, long-shot jobs. They feel rewarding. I won't do it for free like I was expected to at Dollar General. I was essentially told that I should work off the clock if I wanted to get more hours.
Same here But I would like to do it at Big lots. Not just reorganize the store but clean the shelves when you empty them. After you are finished reorganizing the store you can see when the big empty spots then start pulling from the back room and filling ion the wholes. But all these store wants people for it is to put the stuff back, be back up cashier, set adds, and do all the jobs that the assistant managers don't want to do.
Ma’am I could never ask you to deal with the dead bugs and mice that crawl around our store or ask you to risk catching something from one of our bathrooms. (I’m at a different store than this one)
I've started to avoid the business altogether. My local one had no bags and barely a functioning cash register. It was a horrid experience. They also take certain bills too making my experience even more inconvenient so I avoid it.
I was a dm for 2 1/2 years. Got a district with 5 stores like this ir worse. Got new managers, cleaned the stores up and had double digit sales growth. Cut theft by over half. Then helped cover another district until they got a dm for that district. Had a few stores slip in conditions but not bad and the regional and division managers started going at me. So I told them I was not going to do anything but take care if my district and soon after was gone. Great pay great benefits but working 70 hours a week. Wasn't worth it.
and I guarantee you four years later it's even worse that's why everytime I go into one it looks exactly like that, smfh... they can get the proper help but choose to work the one to two mabe three associates into the ground literally
Same here both stores I have been looked like this, got one cleaned up, got moved to another one. The dm comes in if things aren't perfect and has a fit.. I think to myself when I got here, you couldn't get into the backroom and 5 Isles were completely blocked
I was treated the same way at Wonder bread. The only problem I had was the union employees never did any work and never showed up. So I feel you on that. Looking back I should have just walked out.
This honestly looks like the store that I’m helping at right now my store is really nicely taken care of but another manager not too far away is completely incompetent so I’ve been asked to work there for a bit to help with their issues in this video at least you have room on shelves for inventory her shelves are packed and they have a completely full back room
I took over a store in Nov in the same condition but with a bigger storeroom I am still trying to get caught up with freight and damages. My DM is so worried about paperwork getting done and the 4 staff I have pushing surveys more than anything else. What is messed up is if I go over hours he calls and makes me cut hours so now I am stuck in the store and on register by myself.... I put in a good 70 hours and only get paid for 40 because I am salary Dollar General knows how to take advantage of us 😡
I came here after searching "Dollar General interview tips" because I just got offered a interview to the one right down the street from my house and off of almost every comment and video I all the sudden I am not excited for it.
As they say, if nothing changes...nothing changes! I applied for an ASM position @DG back in the middle of February and still no one has reached out from the company, but of course I have followed up in person multiple times with resume in hand. No fault of the new SM that was doing her training and then on a vacation to get the rest of her belongs ~1200 miles away....Where is corporate in all this to assist in maintaining their stores??? I've noticed the company is looking for 23 ASM's within a 15mile radius...along with just about every other position in each store! I shop at DG weekly and have noticed carts & U-boats on just about every endcap regularly, some of which are overstock carts, not for new planograms or re-shops. For the fact that I've worked retail in the past...I get the struggle! I have wanted to help on occasions, especially when the item I'm looking for isn't on the shelf!!! Rethinking the idea of pursing an interview???
Retail stores tend to give trashed stores to see if you can handle it. Some is desperation and needing a strong candidate to help a trashed store. Get the right crew and tackle it head on.
Jeremy Thomas the store was a mess as well & they was on sum racist bs. Lying on her etc etc...it was horrible. She's an awesome manager so the f'd up big time...
Jeremy Thomas She got a lawyer & it took about a year. It was no reason why they treated her in the manor that they did... I think what helped was the witnesses, even though some turned their backs on her...
I am trying to find out how long it takes to retake the assessment test which lead me here. However, this acknowledgment is helpful. Currently in Miami, Florida left Wal-Mart due to being homosexual. The harassment and statement that was made was to uncomfortable . Little scared and worry for my next income. But if anyone knows how long it takes to retake the assessment test for the Dollar Store please help me thanks again peace and GOD bless.
Not all Dollar General stores are like this. The store I work in is very neat and organized with very little over-stock. We work hard to keep it that way. You have to have good people and keep up with it on a daily basis or it will turn into a nightmare. We have a great manager and a good DM. There is no room for laziness in this environment.
Amen to that one. Totally agree. Every person has to be on board in order for the store to succeed. The SM basically has to micromanage each person to make it happen. The DM has to be a bit involved, too. The stores are definitely hard to maintain. But, look at mine: I'm in about as bad of an area as they come. I still manage 250 outs or less and one RT of TONS on average during scan weeks. But it's a 70-hour involvement to keep it that way. Even with those so-called SWAT hours. About to move onto something worthwhile myself.
New reply, a year later. We have a new manager at our store, as our old manager was put into another store. It is now a nightmare! If the manager doesn't do their job the whole store will go to hell. Our backroom is so packed all the time that we can't get to our breakroom or the rear emergency exit except maybe one or two days a week. The manager does need to direct and micromanage stocking procedures. Saying "work freight" is not enough. I hate my job now.
That only applies for customers who complained about the store's mess. Employees are a different story, they are expected to do perfect and are over-worked but even that is not enough.
I recently found out that the Dollar General Literacy Foundation actually funds the reading program used at my son's school! It is a great feeling to be able to tell customers that their donations are being used locally.
But you can’t because the customers constantly need their asses wiped so you can’t get anything done Then after you baby then around the store they still call corporate and complain because you didn’t give them free shit
There is very little time for organizing . Trust me. It's about getting trucks done. No one wants anyone organizing. There's only 4 employees that run the store I work in
I came here for some catharsis and sure enough found it. I've only been at dg for a little over a month and I'm already looking into other employment. They work you like you're at a factory but without the pay or the help. I hope you made your way out of this company and onto greater things!
Do what you can do and try not to let it bother you. In some businesses you will never be enough. You will always be treated poorly. Let this be a learning experience and a stepping stone. You will find a job out there you will enjoy more and that will make you feel more appreciated. Keep your head up and never give up big dog.
Ok i work at dollar general as a sales associate, and im not trying to contradict because im not at manager level and i most likely live in a different state/town, but whenever we do recovering or stocking stuff from totes im never told that there is a time limit to where you have to get all the stocking done, especially if you are like me and are also at the register all day checking out customers, and with all that there shouldnt be at least a strict time limit because there is a lot and being in the stock room doesnt seem THAT bad.
Just putting some more information out there: Sometimes dollar general has a company called drive line come out and do resets on the shelves. This is often only for specific products, but if you have someone from driveline that doesn't care they will ruin your other spots and it will cause even more confusion. I once had someone from driveline destroy our entire laundry section and just left it in a bunch of carts because they didn't want to put the product back. If dollar general had driveline handle ALL resets and not just some, and really held them accountable, the shelf pricing wouldn't be nearly as bad. Next I will comment on the stocking issues. I never got to a level where I saw or dealt with the trucks that would come as far as records go, but there seems to be an absolutely massive amount of over stock at all times. If you work at one of the smaller buildings with less room in the back and on the sky shelves you are screwed. Even in the bigger buildings the backs are almost always full. The moment you start to get some headway, you are bombarded with more stock, and the cycle continues. Our staff just cannot keep up with all of the new seasonal items, NCI home that rarely gets reset, and it just makes workers feel like they're getting nowhere. On the topic of wages and responsibility, there is a huge gap between the positions. I've been offered to be a keyholder and even assistant manager many times and I have always refused. The added responsibility gets you a whole 30-40 extra cents. Not even a whole dollar more. It's ridiculous and I feel bad for every keyholder that gets pressured into the position. The managers make salary and by some accounts it's alright but still not fair for what the company and the district manager expect of them. District managers are even worse, they're trained to get the most effort out of people by yelling at them and making them scared. They will press the store managers into saying they'll write you up if even one thing on a giant list doesn't get done. This is the main reason why these stores have such a high turn over rate, people don't want to be disrespected and they quit. I've had multiple coworkers walk out only two months after dealing with the district manager. To customers, I am sorry that things such as our coupons and dot sales do not work at times, good stores will try and price override for you and make it right. But please don't blame the workers, we don't have anything to do with that side of it. For my coworkers, don't let the company tell you that it's your fault for the way the stores are. The constant staff changes make our managers have to retrain new people all the time and it's never enough time to avoid some mistakes. Stay strong.
our sales floor looks like that too lol it's awful.. that's why I was kind of iffy when I got hired there. it's been about 3 weeks now and i'm looking for a new job. I just took it bc i was desperate. There's freight everywhere in front merchandise in the aisles making it harder for customers to shop. & inventory is in like 8 days and they are no where near ready. hopefully i am out of there before then.
As a manager for various companies I've always had to clean up the mess the previous person left ...that's why they left. When offered a management position always ask to inspect the entire operation before accepting the job to determine how bad it is and if there's any chance it can be salvaged.
I have been given 2 stores like this. My first one as a new SM was a ridiculous mess that I cleaned up and ran for 3 years until I was asked to take a higher volume store close to my house which was good because it was blocks a way but not good because this store was basically a "backroom" in the receiving room and salesfloor. It took about 2 and a half months to straighten out and another month to fill the outs. When I'm done with this store I'm done with retail
Seen worse than that. I worked for them nearly five years (almost 3 as store manager). They fired me due to people can't buy the product so they steal it. Loss prevention did shrink audits every quarter. The last one I failed. Payroll was horrible so I worked almost 60 hours a week. With that said sales were up 8%, was under 300 outs and they fire me before I was able to collect the sales bonus for the previous quarter.
Man this was 2 years ago crazy to think I work for dg and our store was like this it was hell so many totes and like 12 trucks behind as well as inventory but we got a new boss that was not even a manger she was a manager candidate and she has brought our store to look amazing it’s manager job to lead his/her crew
So glad the DG I work at is a smaller one, I would not be able to handle a store that size, my feet hurt enough at the end of the day.. but dude every stock room is that bad, I blame our truck drivers honestly, every day I leave the store the back is clean and organized, I come back after truck and it's a mess, it's normal and it sucks..
Yep, my friend was thrown into a store to clean up, which she did snd in her 89th day her DM fired her stating she was not managing material after she literally cleaned up a store, passed health inspectors inspection had moved the store from a number 9 position to a number 7 position worked 14 hour days with maybe 4 days off in 89 days
I worked at my DG faithfully for 5 straight years with barely any call outs or days off and I literally showed up to work one day only to be told that I was laid off. No pink slip, no two week notice, nothing.
I work for DG, the store I work at I am a keyholder for is actually really clean. It took a long time from what I''m told but if you are anywhere higher than an associate you should work as a team. Remember it's not just you who can make it better it requires your whole team working and striving to fix the problems.
It's retail across the board. Empty shelves, and stock overflowing back room. What few employees there are, aren't trained, over worked. It started about 10 yrs ago at DG that I'm aware of. There used to be standards, now it's a cluster. DG is a great example of the decline of the entire country. Failing up, business is a shambles. Yet DG can sponsor drag cars, all types of racing cars. Paper fliers in your shopping bags. Yet customers come back.
Dang... it's just like my dollar tree, So I entered the storage room and the shelter halls, I can see lot of problems for the stockers having tough time to shifted and work hard immediately before opening or closing the store. Four weeks earlier, my manager told me that they lost three stockers to focus on filling items at the shelves, it feels like we have only four workers to get this tasks and done before closing store. As being store manager, stocker or cashier is very easy until it gets harder than you think of the future.
I worked for them to. I was there about a year and a half and there expectations vs reality is unreal. I walked out the same day I got a new job..just like everyone else did that worked there.
im a new employee at dg and they haven't paid me. I notified my manager and payroll last Thursday and as of yesterday they say were working on it. My manager claims she had tk go in and fix my hours for this week too because they would have severely shorted me again. They paid me for 5.5 hours for 33 hours worth of work. Im livid.
Ive been a SM for DG for 6 years and basically been a fixer with a stores that looked like this..BUT the end result makes it worth it...the problem with most SM is that they want to put the work into fixing the stores and retraining the employees. Most has an avg of 7 employees so you should never expect for the store to be ready...but some of the trashy stores you see is or was on the store managers.
I would have loved that job lots to do and organize and Loads of stock to be put out should take me hours time will fly by like that, punch out go home sleep back at it tomorrow
Chastity Embick work under a manager that changes his closing till numbers but writes everyone up for being a penny over the limit of shortage. The work doesn’t bother me, the way the shit is ran bothers me. We haven’t even begun to stock our Christmas carts/totes and we still have over half our Halloween shit up. There’s a reason most hate working for this company
I work for Dollar General as my second job and my DG is not like this at all. I'm in Wisconsin and my DM is amazing! The corporate is all bs but not the people running my store.
At least you have a stock room. lol. Ours is half of that stock room. Only time it looks that full is on truck day. Sorry this is such a crap store. You really need people dedicated to work. if you don't have a good team to do exactly what you say as a manager then you will dig yourself into a hole. I love the work but not the pay. I love doing stock. I love seeing an empty stock room and clean floor. what I hate is that everyone buys product out so quickly. lol and the customers that make a mess every where. drives me up the wall. lol.
Why don't they hire someone to stock the shelves & get those carts out of the aisles? I about broke my neck trying to get a pack of toilet paper because they had a line of carts blocking the shelves. After finding empty shelves trying to get 2 more things on my list, I said to hell with it & drove 12 miles to the next town to shop. It's frustrating!
I work 5 hours 3-4 times a week and do my best it is what it is. I have a great manager and she helps when I have questions. Consider managers work 7 days a week at times filling and running cash register! They do more work than most of us and their pay isn’t great
From what I heard from quite a few different managers is they will talk to people to become a manager and say u will work 50 hour weeks and make around a 50k salary but then they will work them like dogs sometimes reaching 100 weeks.. mostly 60-70 that's some bullshit
I work for Dollar General for a month in a half now and I must say that do work you to death and they are strick . Some branches are better than others it depends on the staff and Manger. I'm a lead sales associate I'm 3rd in cammond. Basically all I do is ring up customers control the registers to make sure the money is right not short or overand lastly clean the store the job is not to bad but sometimes they can be petty and too strick at times
Managers are to manage people, educate employees, set bars and hold accountable while Maintaining labor... Not be superman. Sm@dg. Best wishes to new business! 👍👍
Well seeing as you have about 100 outs over your core stocking gap. Which is a minimum of 300 outs I'd get to stocking. You can also damage out all your expired food, as well as pet food. Sell by dates apply to all products s with on on them. It wouldn't be that hard. Had 45 roll trainers before Christmas and then January hit and we are back down to 6.
After working at a dollar store called Just A Buck for 4 almost 4 years was terrible. Not my first job though but it wasn't the best. I had until the end of January of 2017 to leave that job and to find another and I was like nope not going to spend 3 more months of this. Despite the fact I was a hard worker my pay was low. Got in trouble for helping my own best friend in which both of us got in trouble for. Even my own best friend was getting paid more then I was and he was still new. Of course I'm not mad at him but at my own job. I know some people will say it's just a job well let's just say after my experience there never going to work at another dollar store job ever again. I'm happy with the job I have now.
I’ve never worked at DG but I just left the store today and the aisle are so narrow because there are carts of stuff in the aisle filled with boxes that haven’t been stocked! It’s not just one store but every DG I go to is over packed and there is only like 2 workers trying to do everything-stock and register. This isn’t right! As a customer I can’t even walk through the damn store... and it’s not the workers fault. They need to hire more people ASAP bc it’s not fair to the employees or customers f* corporate managers don’t care!
This exact thing happened to my boyfriend . The thing that sucks also is that his store is in the middle of no where and he can’t keep employees to save his life
Honestly I feel like if they don't want to hire regular full time staff they should at least hire some temp employees to come in and help put out as much product as possible until everything is caught up then once that's done they can go back to their usual staff. Makes more sense than only depending on 1-2 people to stock the entire store and also do everything else in addition.
man they did the same shit to me!! lmao and i was a sales associate! lmaoo im not gonna lie i did that work and about 3 other peoples jobs everyday for about 6 months lol. and a nigga didnt receive not 1 thank you, or nice job. not nothin lol. not to mention i did a 8 hours at the store i got hired at and my store manager sent me to help out another store that just open in my town to help out. keep in mind he said i can stay there for how long ass i wont, so i ended up staying there for 10 fuckin hours and the next day The store manger yelled at me for not staying longer!!.. not gonna lie i cussed that nigga out lmaoo
This was my store about 8 months ago But we got a new manager and over time me and Him cleaned house now our stock room only has 2 overstock rolltainers sales floor is clear store is recovered and clean and our DM still gives us shit
It ain’t a joke, trucks upon trucks upon trucks and sometimes those trucks give you things you don’t need (because you’re overstocked on it). Example being we get a ton of white distilled vinegar, problem being that our home location is full and the sky shelves don’t look any less full. We also have a lot of it in the back because we just got too many, DG is crazy, also trying to have two people in the store doing the work of 4+ people is just unrealistic.
I was at a Dollar General almost two years ago and the cashier there was a guy who told me he was working to supplement his income since he was a musician (played the saxophone). It was a day where I found a can of disinfectant and some toilet paper. He then told me how the day before, they only had one can of disinfectant left and two customers had gotten into a brawl over it, culminating in him having to call the police. He was ready to quit because of how this store was, similar to this one in the video, and the clientele that come in that act like spoiled children. We have to make a living, but working at a place with this stuff happening is not worth it.
Looks like every store is just like that and the one i use to work for. Before being fired over policy violations that i didnt even realize were things i could be immediately terminated for since i watched my coworkers and occasionally even the managers would do, depending on what it was some did it often and yet they pinpoint me and fire me, i think it was all cause i tried to ask for a raise. i thought since i was constantly told how well i was doing, and how i felt like everyone just pushed things they didnt wanna do onto me to deal with, i should be making more , i was always told how good i was at recovery etc, so i didnt see why i wouldnt be able to get a raise since my coworker same position got a raise by basically just asking and claiming they did to much and should be paid more. i think its all bullshit, dont ever work for that company. they have strict policys but only follow them when its convenient for them.
That shit looks like #1683 Austin hwy sa tx that shit took me 2 weeks to shrink down as a csa. But sir they don't hire a new manager for a smooth running store..
