Humans weren't meant to endure this much prolonged stress, life needs a pause button. This will do for now I guess, I wake up in 7 hours to go back to work.
Hope youre doing better, be in the present as much as you can, savor the little minutes between work, just appreciate the beautiful complexity of even the simplest things in the world around you, I find it can make you much happier and appreciative. I hope you are one day able to work towards a career that fulfills you if it is not right now; just remember that our time here is so, so limited, and its worth striving for who we wish to be every single day, never say "one day I will" or "eventually I will," you never know how long you'll be here, so every day, lead a life that you can look back on with pride rather than regret.
@@marrs_99 Thank you for that amazing reply, I couldn't agree more with that perspective. I left that job a couple months later, though the job was toxic and stressful I had my own personal issues that amplified everything. I had enough savings to just take a break and get back into the world of work after fighting my own demons and doing hollistic self improvement. I can confidently say I'm happier now and though not entirely stress free I am so much better than I was a year ago, part of me actually looks forward to going to work now. Life is too short to live miserably and you have to take action because nothing changes if nothing changes.
The static in the background sounds less like a dirty music disc, and more like snow falling down on a winter jacket. When I listen to this I can imagine myself laying down in the snow looking up at the sky, thinking about life, appreciating it, worrying about it, and being disgusted by it all at the same time.

Hey man, we may not speak the same language but I understand and i go through the same thing sometimes. I know it sucks, but hang in there, once you find a passion or just something interesting your life will pick back up again. I personally find the outdoors to help when I’m having a day like that. Entiendo, malas decisiones te llevan a tener una mala vida (decisiones que hayas tomado inconscientemente o no), ese es mi caso, la vida no me sabe a nada, soy alguien bastante prosaico pero he de admitir que en momentos de mal augurio como los que estoy pasando algo de "metafísico" se manifiesta en mi, pienso en todas aquellas cosas superiores a la condición humana, y me tranquiliza (un poco, pues me hace olvidarme de esa gota (mi vida y mis tormentos) que se pierde en un océano infinito (el tiempo), como dijo algún árabe loco "No está muerto lo que puede yacer eternamente; y con el paso de los extraños eones, incluso la Muerte puede morir".
Aún hay esperanza querido, aguanta ahí! Sé que no se ve fácil, pero la muerte vendrá de todas maneras: te tienes a ti mismo, a esa hermosa conciencia que está experimentando esta vida, yo lloro con esta canción porque sé que no soy todo lo que puedo ser, pero cada día es una nueva oportunidad, hasta que nuestro momento llegue y seamos absorbidos por aquello que nos dió vida y nos vió nacer. When I listen to this I feel like I've finally reached the end, I dont know if it's the end of a period, of a strange and bizarre dream or of this life that doesn't feel real anymore, This void inside will eventually take everything that's still left, it may come the day when I don't recognize this me as myself anymore, at the end of whatever this be, I just hope that, I can go and forget, I just hope that I wake up or to simply sleep at all, at the end anything will matter anymore because im just a memory.
I really still feel this form of hole into my life that's leaking all of the quality moments. Well, its just had to be this way I guess. I'll have to figure out how to close all of those holes.
