Not sure what do you mean by con, if you mean ability score: constitution, then it works just like for all the other classes, gives you hp and something other, can't really remember
But if you mean conflagorate, it's used for divinity restoring. After casting it you consume 3 judgements with Tab and get the div for your next rotation. It's also fine aoe at will for dmg
