Wow!! ! At points seems like completely new material....This was the first ever Neville book I encountered. I have gone through the PDF book version severally, listened to a couple of excellent audio narrations....this narration in his own voice however strikes hard. Along the way I had to check video title several times..seems unbelievable that it's the same book!!! Thank you Wisdom Untold for making and sharing.

Your subconscious does not “want you to struggle” no more than the mirror wants to upset you if you look in it whilst you’re feeling poorly are you know you’ve had a bad haircut, for example, it’s simply reflect sback to you , what is, except a looking glass mirror it is showing you a reversed image where as the subconscious is reflecting to you which state you are occupying (dwelling )in your consciousness. When you become aware that the experience you are having is not something you wish to continue, you can thank your subconscious for revealing this to you and then make a conscious change to come back to a place of neutrality and then shift your state of consciousness to that which you desire. It’s a moment to moment process of observation, discernment and choosing We can observe our thoughts which produce our inner conversation, another profound indicator of our state of consciousness - as Neville encourages us in his famous lecture to maintain and “Control your Inner Conversations”
