New Maps, New Guns, New outfits

Mannnn, we need new maps and guns honestly if they could add a full auto Glock or a semi firing shotgun it would be so much better. This game needs new content badly. Nice vid!

Sandstorm really needs some new guns and maps. Personally I'd like PPSh 41 to be in this game as well as MP40 (which was already present in Insurgency 2014), PP-91 Kedr (or other modification) and PP-19-01 Vityaz, Bizon is an option but it didn't actually get much use in real life. PP-2000 could be an interesting addition as well. And of course more modern stuff like B&T APC-9 or MP-9. And on the topic of rifles, something from Sig like the MCX. On the topic of maps, there are still quite a lot of good maps from 2014 Insurgency missing and there's still no official Hunt gamemode which I personally miss quite a lot.

I think we either need crossplay or serious new content to bring new players, because there are barely enough players on PC to fill all game modes on all regions. For example, I find it nearly impossible to find FFA games in USA servers. 5-15+ minute queue time, and then you will be lucky if all the players stay for the entire match. But the moment I change to EU I get instant FFA queues and the lobby is always at least half full. Depending on how strong console aim assist is I think crossplay would be better than playing with 120ms ping for most players. For me though, I already have aimbot-like aim so bring them on 😁

New guns, alot more optics. Top mounted peq15s (personal gripe)

Hopefully they fix the corpses stiffening up. It looks so stupid.

Be nice for them to add: Bushmaster M17S, CMMG Mk47 Mutant, Knight's Armament Company 6×35mm PDW, Heckler & Koch XM8; and the XM7.

I was just as confused as you whenever I saw the note about it being released in spring because it was like a week before spring ended. Also it would be awesome if they dropped the new update because we need a new map or something 😂

They need to fix the COOP Outpost mode !

I've tracked every teaser that they dropped on Twitter, waiting for the big reveal but nothing has gotten confirmed besides some geniuses de-pixilating images to confirm the maps or whatever.

Please add 30 v 30 maps on a bigger scale

I had the same reaction and it actually made me think they were talking next year initially.. but my question on it was answered with, "Summer hasn't started yet!" - Both making me feel good and with a comic feeling.. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who heard that oddly

About 20 gb update in steam, but nothing add in game , Great job.

on xbox for me it showed an 11 gb update so i guess something similar happened with steam

I hope there is all crossplay enable because ı started playing this game through gamepass on PC and really liked it but for a game thats at the end of its life cycle ı don't wanna pay to get it on steam due the dollar/TL exchange rate + economic crisis in my country + me being a college student.

Btw I also had a 20 gig update and when I got into the game I was really confused because 20 gigs would mean at least a new map or two and a couple of new weapons. So it was obviously just Steam tweaking.

Hopefully they fix the server lag issue.

Aim assist has no business being in a hardcore game with almost no hud, crosshairs or any type of enemy indicators. Or it would have to be severely limited to avoid it trying to lock onto enemies the player might have not even noticed.

Again they won’t fix helicopter flying above spawn 😢

New gun new map is guaranteed, and something very GOOD is coming with this DLC...

The aim assist argument is not really a valid one btw. A good player can be a good player regardless if he plays with mouse and keyboard or gamepad. I play with mouse and keyboard and i got wrecked more then once by players who use gamepads without aim assist. It all comes down to experience nothing more.

Game is still missing out on many guns and attachments

Hey man, did u tried ABI (Arena Breakout Infinite) it’s pure fire .Its a addictive af Chinese Tarkov but very simplified, and everything it’s working

Id love to see a bug fix for the problem where you cant see the model of your guns when you start a new match. Idk how common this is but its made me basically give up on sandstorm. I start almost every match getting killed one to three times at least just because my gun doesnt spawn in.

I personally like the idea of crossplay between consoles and PCs. A whole new playerbase to VS with, but I get your point on aim assist. As a game dev myself, I think a soft aim assist can be possible to balance out the mobility advantage from PCs. With the game state as it is, I feel like a more community driven approach will be the next big thing to get more players on the game until their new shooter comes out.

I thought there already was cross play due to the sheer amount of mnk players on Xbox

im on console i do not want aim assist if im going against pc players and if i can use mouse and key bored on xbox with this game im going to do that instead

luckily on console there is no aim assist, I'm curious about the new map and the new weapons, they are releasing a lot of teasers and it seems like it's a great update!

People who play pve only want cross play for more lobbies I don't pay attention to the PVP side of this game because all the vets make it impossible for newcomers to enjoy the game

Saying that console aim assist is basically aimbot is such a PC thing to say

People complaining about crossplay sounds like a skill issue 😂😂😂 this game is super duper slow yea there aim is better but if your olaying obj holding the angles of attack and not trying to be John Wick youll be fine trust me just cause there on pc doesnt make em a god
