I am 😢 Claudia i went to nursing school in Mandeville 1987 its simply one of the best parishes in JA i love this new thing you are doing i am coming home 😢
I agree with everything said about Mandeville, except about it being a good vacation spot. I've lived here for 9 months now because of work and there's NOTHING to do for fun here... not even a cinema, and the dining out options aren't so hot either.
It's a shame mandeville hasn't been classified a city . It needs to be a city. Mandeville is s huge place with a large suburban neighborhood how the hell can it be called a town . In my eyes mandeville Is jamaicas third city . Very shameful they haven't brought in a new cinema into mandeville. This Bloomfield development will be a wonderful addition to the city of mandeville
St. Elizabeth has three major towns so l heard lots of returning residents buildings there homes in that parish. Would love to see more properties in st.elizabeth junction, malvern and surrounding areas
Yep literally nothing to do here moved here three months ago because of my husband's job and while it gets really cold sometimes it's not cheap to live here crime is on the increase based on what I have heard as criminals from other parishes are moving here entertainment is non existent boredom kills me on the daily
Now this one is another good buy it just cannot get any better then that in Mandeville ... WOW ... Mega mart your next door neighbor right on your fingertips ... wow ... this is a win-win ... even Stevie Wonder could see that ... 👁👁.
Sometimes the small supermarkets are own by mom and pop (in other words we have to support small business) Pricemart and those other big stores are own by Corporations.
What is the prices going to be for those houses ? I’m planning on coming home I always wanted to live in Mandeville it’s more quiet it’s good to get away from the hassle and bustle .
Claudia Davis i can see you falling in love with mandeville, your welcome. I purchase my property at spure tree hights 2 years ago, beautiful view to live for
The only thing with Mandeville its that the weather conditions make your house sweat and mildew your clothing in your closet. I have lived there for 3 years
Hi, Ms. or Mrs. Claudia, and Ms. or Mrs. Toni. Love your videos. Thank you for the hard work and effort. Hopefully, one day soon, my wife and I, will be ready to purchase our dream home in Jamaica.
My family want me to live in St. Ann/St Mary gated community but I want more land than the lot size of those communities. I want 1-5 acres lot size. Need my fruit trees and garden spot. Been watching your videos for years. Enjoy looking around with you.
Smartest person in the room. The option to eat without money is a win/win. Shelter. Food. Water.(basic needs covered with land ownership). As a realtor she is the best person to reach out to. The apartment is a fantastic buy for long term hold as well as person who have no alternative roots there. Buildings hold their value and less likely to rundown quickly. Building is so much cheaper than buying in Jamaica. For folks in the market looking it's a difficult decision between want +need.
Why unno returnees want to build these big ass ugly houses with nuff land that has some fully bloom fruit trees? You know Jamaica is a small ass island. The house dem ugly and the landscape is shit so no return in value.
Actually guys only the town of mandeville is 2061ft the outskirts of mandeville goes up to 2600 to 2700 ft so it depends on where exactly in mandeville you live so some parts are even cooler than in the town itself. I would live In mandeville. I've been living in the states for over 21 years . But I would consider mandeville if I ever return .
There are higher points than Mandiville in Manchester. Such as the Christiana and that area where the Pick a pepper factory is situated. Think it's Collieville.
@@reubenbrown6452 wrong. Picka Peppa factory is beside Kirkvine sports complex which is across the road from Alcan. This is at the base of Shooters Hill. Collieville is higher than Christiana where its extremely cold at night.
Great video!!! Are you aware of the new high rise condo to be built in Ocho Rios and Mandeville name A1 condo? The first one already built in Kingston.
Manchester High School❤🌅#1😆 great schools there including a university and teachers college as well. Frrsh fruits and vegetables, bars and restaurants, family oriented. Blue fields beach, Treasure beach, calabash poetry festival, alligator pond, little ochie Appleton estate, the shopping centres can support a lifestyle on a budget with a job or pensions. Airports not close and holidays are celebrated free beach on South coast too. Public transport for hire is available and rentals. Lots more but you have to know the spots once you live there or know people. Nobody wants to pay to go to beach where they are born! The video looking good but is pre purchase financing the building of the community? Thanks!
It's both as the apartment Development as not broken ground as yet. So this was an opportunity to show buyers where the Development will be, as well as the renderings of what the building will look like.
Way too small let me see the commercial area is teacher's college, main Street, Caledonia rd, ward Ave ,grove rd,pert rd. It's really a circle not that big..the out skirt of the town is very wide
@james dallen you are not a Jamaican, because if you were, you would have known about the Azans, who are one of the well known Jamaican famiy. Please take your racist self somewhere else, this is Jamaica, " Out of many one people", that's our motto, black, white, indian, chinese., Jamaica have problem, but we are an inclusive society and we will remain that way, and describing Jamaica people as dirty and claiming to be Jamaican, you are actually describing yourself, but of course you not fooling anyone, because you are not Jamaican, you just hate to see the development in Jamaica, bad mind.
Looks like the development has stalled.. Looks like they broke ground some time ago and has not progressed..Just saying what I observed form the video..
Mandeville was never clean. Some big rats n garbage all over. As always. Very nice climate. Very expensive more than other parishes with everything even bottled water. Selfish people so a great place to quarantine lol....but I love my apartment here n it's safe n quiet. Love the apartment you showcased
Where were you when Charlton was Mayor.was very clean then. If it's dirty now you all down there are to be blamed. State of where you live is a reflection of how responsible you all are.
@@claudiadavisja - The Clean Environment and Good Road Infrastructure Was Actually Started Under The Mayorship Of Cecil C. Charlton From The 1970's, and Has Continued Ever Since.
Who is going to buy these apartments? Where are the jobs in Mandeville? People in this neck of the woods don't want apartments, they want single family homes. And the road to the apartment building looks terrible. That road should be finished, before the apartments go on sale.
Glenvale road is a very good road. The turn off we took is slated for a commercial development . The apartments will be on the hill above where we drove. The target market is for returning residents. Who don't want or need a large property but rather a space they can use for 6 months, that's secured and all property maintence is taken care of.
@@decijohn6855 If a person gets the opportunity to improve his/her economic situation by moving abroad and he/she takes it, then how does that make them unpatriotic or not love Jamaica?
Hmmmm...I would never place my money on property that has not even started. You showed basically land, for any given reason sweet Jesus of nothing could be built there...no way!
