I know many have been waiting for this. The new Audi S3, in it’s 4th generation. Here is the footage from the Press launch of the new S3 Sportback, in Germany. Four real exhaust pipes, proper diffuser and proper looks.

Amazing video as always :) I’m really loving the design of the new S3. Happy to see 4 REAL exhaust tips, but the sound is a bit of a let down in my opinion... But that’s something you can change!

228kw is an amazing engine, I have experience with it. It's still more powerful than the new BMW M135i and the new Mercedes A35 AMG.

@Ross that's correct in terms of Matt Watson, it's not as fun to drive however it's performs better than the A35 AMG when it comes to drag racing. People has different preferences when it comes to taste.

Renso Alink depends on what you want Rs6/6 is 4.95 m long It’s not ideal for city S3 is 4.38-4.50 for the sedan version so with s3 you can do everything Rs6/7 is better in the highway but s3 also can

Looks great and from reports rides better than before. Just saddened by Audi’s decision to drop the interior quality. Audi has always being the class leader in interiors, the place you sit in and touch most. Lovely exterior though.

Carwow timed it from 0-60 and not 0-62(0-100kmh). You'll be amazed at how such a small margin can bring much different results.

Having a 2018 S3, the sound difference is night and day. No more farting noise on gear shift :( So much quieter. I will be waiting for the new RS3 in the hopes the 5 cyl still lives up to its name. Love the design tho, but why is there no flat sterring wheel as sstandard like the previous S3??

You can choose flat bottom, or normal steering wheel. This is edition one, and it's with a round one. And regarding the sound, i'm very surprised how good it sounds, despite the extremely hard emission rules this year, and the coming 2 years. You cant compare with the old one. Different times. In 2-3 years you'll be begging cars sound like this. Cheers

Start from £38,500 in UK. Ordered one at beginning of September (saloon) and impatiently awaiting the October delivery date 😂 the 38.5k however soon gets pushed up to around £42k by the time you add in paintwork of choice, matrix LED headlights, 19” alloys and sound and comfort pack however! 😢
