I made this list of all the things I wanna try to get tomorrow morning, and this is the first thing, i think I genuinely NEED in my life. We shall see what I can grab. Im sure everything will sell out super stinkin fast
I think I might get the recovery planner to use as a mental health tracker & this journal. IMO the recovery planner was more about reflection & challenging yourself for positive growth while this planner was more about boosting & stabilizing your mood.
Do you know how I combine my self matters journals with my all the feels planner?? I was going to do it weekly but I would've have had to buy 3 of the self matters journals?
If you use their guided journals every day you would need 3 to make up the whole year. Some people use different guided journals to mix it up, otherwise maybe you could make copies of blank pages or answer the same questions in your planner or note paper.
I love this so much!! I've been doing mood tracking for over a year now and it's so helpful. I have 2 of the mood tracker sticker books and need more because I fly through them in my health planners.
