about the cassette toilet: You are supposed to use some chemicals in the cassette to break down solids and prevent any odors leaking into the van. This mixture is not something you can/should pour into a hole you just dug. it needs to go into a proper waste water dump station. However, the cassette toilet can be converted into one that no longer requires any chemicals, then dumping the cassette is really no different than taking a dump in person :-). the system that makes it chem- free is called the SOG system, I have installed it in my van (a Revel, too). there is a video on my channel about the install.
Question are the lithium batteries lithium iron phosphate? Also do you know what type of engine is in that van? And can you swap it out for a say a Chevy engine or a Honda engine or something else Sprinter vans have notorious problems with their engines also super expensive even if it's the smallest part that keeps you from driving or running the engine I just want to know how bad we're good are these engines in these newer vehicles I've seen a lot of RU-vidrs a lot of Sprinter vans people with Mercedes engines in their RVs and they always say the same thing super expensive smallest thing breaks down cost an arm and a leg hard to get the part so these are my concerns!
Great video Nick! We like your energy, passion and humor when doing these videos. Thank you for giving us a tour of this Revel. We look forward to seeing more of your van tours in the future.
