The reason for that is because there’s no competition in the basketball game department even tho that may not be the main reason but it is a huge factor maybe if another company comes out with a street basketball kind of game maybe then it’ll force 2k to tighten up out of fear of losing its audience
Bruh no 2k is the same and I’ve had everyone since 2k5 yall lil niggas got “the same” comments on every video. Let’s start there you ain’t got a creative bone in your body💯
I don't buy it. Not even a little bit because remember, pro play play year was supposed to basically add new animations in real time. NOTHING was added outside of the new seasonal animations which they've already had locked and loaded from the release date and just held on to them. Gatekeeping content is a lame move.
People are looking for hope for this underwhelming game and any snippet of hope they glorify it as if 2K mycareer hasn’t been under performing for the last 10 years almost .. same game new year .
My guess on the “patch” Celtics player is showing that 2k patched effectiveness of screens so players won’t run back and forth behind them. I hope that’s the case
If you see all of those fans standing around surrounding the court. It's definitely not the park. But why can't they just fckn tell us that? It's annoying as hell.
You ever been so hyped and excited for something in the moment you're willing to do whatever to get it. That's exactly what 2K is doing. They're feeding you the information last minute building moment to the point once you get the game in hand, you go crazy buying virtual currency.
I'm reading it a lot differently than you are. It's not about being soft; the message is that fun is the most important aspect of the game, and they're pushing to turn down the toxicity that the community has come to be known for. They're saying, stop fighting, stop trying to have pissing contests, stop trying to stomp on people- compete and have fun, no matter the outcome, because 2K is a game.
A shit game that's not worth 60 $- 120$ it's copy and paste with a new skin they act like they work months on it even though in truth the game is finished in January
So for myteam 3v3 right that 2016 map, so do yall think ya gonna be running with your own 3 you selected like previous games or do you think you get to pick one player from your MyTeam to basically go into the city with and can team up with others that chose a player from their collection to use 👀👀🤔🤔
My guess is that they are being stringy so that the creators who went to community day could get a lot of hype and views on their videos. Those creators are definitely going to be releasing gameplay footage soon.
Why is all this so under wraps? This the only company that hides game details 2 weeks from release. And if this is the case imma take my notes from my mafia 3 exp.
Theory about the “patch” last name…. He was setting a screen, ppl complain about screens being hard to defend…Tatum takes the screen but SGA bumps Tatum after coming off the screen n the guy says finally 🤔🤔🤔
I think the trailer was a shot how a certain group of people have made things soft, everyone wins a trophy, everyone gets a participation ribbon, we no longer keep score but celebrate you left the house to play.. I actually like this trailer if that was the case, cause there are winners and losers in life and in competition, you learn more from defeat then you do winning or getting a participation trophy... Bring back true grit and competition!!!
Maybe they finally patching moving screens! Lol. IDC...I won't be buying it. I wash my hands with 2k basketball until Mike Wang is fired I won't be back.
The same game. They make the trailer look good but you can tell the gameplay will be the same. And MyPlayer is about to take up 200g with a bunch of nonsense.
Why are 2k going to such great lengths to create 'fiction'. What happened to the days of creating an NBA game where the aim & focus was to create the best 'NBA' game possible. It's as though realism is an afterthought these days. And what's up with this infantile trailer. 2K have lost the plot.
Is this 2K's attempt to try to end toxicity in the 2K community once and for all? I ain't mad at them at all for at least trying. It's humbling to see.
