It appears that New Holland is trying really hard to compete with Krone but from past experience New Holland has a long way to go to compete with Krone. The Krone hay equipment is just far superior to any other brand on the market. In my personal opinion.

I do agree mostly Michael, I owned and operated Krone along with many other manufacturers machines along the way. Krone equipment was very good to me and my business along the way, but the mower I had that gave me the most uptime and minimal general maintenance cost was actually Pöttinger. It was built like a tank, cut super cleanly, had one of the smoothest running cutter bars I’ve even operated and could handle stone without issue. Just a great contractors machine. That’s not to knock Krone by any means, they make good gear. Personally, I now work in a New Holland franchise as a service technician, and the New Holland hay equipment is not as good as it used to be from my experience. That’s just my honest opinion!

These are the pick of the New Holland range. In our country (Australia) we sell the red New Holland range and the Polish built yellow range. The yellow machines are junk, buy a red one every time!
