It's always like this, artifacts at the start of the main version is always generalised set and the one they release later is always hypertune for specific character(s).

i feel like these will get better with natlan characters because of how oddly specific they are

Cost of Arlechino is no jokes in terms of making her fully “playable” included but not limited to primogems + resin + emotional cost 😂

I'd imagine pyro archon may allow for consistant bond of life, like Furina allowed for hp fluctuation for everyone and unlocked maréchaussée for many

I’m super hyped that we finally got our Natlan artifact set…well at least inspired by Aztecs and Quetzals. I’m just so ready for Natlan and burning was the one dendro reaction that feels…lacking? Even though Dehya wasn’t our burning or burgeon unit Natlan may have it!

I was still hoping that Unfinished Reverie would have buffed EM instead of attack. It would have opened entirely different playstyles for support Pyro and Dendro characters instead of just another attack % stat stick.

Harmonic Whimsy could work on Kokomi with the fontaine craftable catalyst, Flowing Purity. Mono hydro (Kokomi, Furina, Yelan, Kazuha) is already a 60k+ dps team so I can see that being an improvement over the damage-capped healing sets. You could even replace 2 characters on the team to make it into a hyperbloom variant.

I think the new burning set will be insanely good on chars like Ganyu, with Burning melt combos... whether they'll be better than current bis... who knows

I hope it means that there is going to be support character that gives party wide or active character a bond of life so I can use this set universally and not just Arleccino and certain equipped weapon effects.

I feel like the formula is clear now. We've seen it since Inazuma. First patch artifact is always the generalised ones, while the ones that come later are tuned for specific characters, with maybe one or two more users.

It would’ve made sense to add her into the game earlier and have the Hearth children with an additional passive that would synergize with her. It would’ve increased all of their sales.

We can also get Bond of Life in other Chars by using Fontaine Craftable Weapons and if this counts then we can increase 54% Dmg dealt by equipping this Artifact and weapon to desired Character.

that burning set is also perfect for nuke childe intergrassional 250 EM from nahida, benney as usual, plus 50% extra dmg means quite more than full nymph

I'm only farming for her when I actually get my other sets done. I was checking on my artifacts, and I have literally 4 godroll pieces for her and a quite strong off piece. She got 60r/200d crit.

Unfinished rêverie could be an option for Scara if he's played with Nahida and Bennett? Problem is, air fryer teams are pretty gimmicky, especially st ones

Ok, its official, Natlan character kits are going to be filled with bond of life stacking just base off of the first artifact set and the fact that a lot weapons already apply the effect

Is it really a good idea to create an artifact set, or resources in general that only help newer characters with this new Bond of Life mechanic? literally only farming for 1 character, for a mechanic that wont fully be introduced until 5.0 is crazy

Thing about burning set on ganyu is that it will never be able to beat my wandering troupe set cause i have been farming it from bosses for last 2 years same with gladiators i have 40 cv on every gladiators artifact except circlet

I want to see someone who treats bond of life as a shield, taking damage would drain it in this case or maybe decreases incoming damage.

I play Wrio in a Burn/Melt team with Baizhu, Dehya, and Kazuha; and there's no way that a bit of extra burn damage will outweigh getting him to 99.4% CritRate with a couple of punches; or the extra everything from stacking HP% artifacts (and EM) on Baizhu or Dehya.

i just wish they did more sets like gilded dreams or golden troupe, which work really well on specific characters but are also viable in other cases. i'm farming nighttime whispers for navia rn and it's such a waste of resin, especially since i don't need the other set at all...

I think the burning set is a very good option for kazuha. He can consistently swirl pyro inside Bennett since pyro is the most prio aura for him to swirl. Kazuha wants em and burning reaction scales with em too.

I must be the only person who thinks about the Fontaine craftable sword when I see the 4p effect of Harmonic Whimsy. Base kit wise yes it's literally onyl for Arle, however if you crafted that sword then you can use it effectively on any character that can use their skill frequently. Personally I use it on Ayato and I'm really interested becuase it gives a ton of DMG% and that sword itself is a huge ATK stat stick.

It looks like the unfinished reverie set still gives the full damage bonus as long as you're off field for > 3 seconds. The damage bonus only starts to fall off after 6 seconds of going on-field, so the burning condition might not be as big a deal for sub-DPS

About to farm this just to use burning team on Kazuha with Nahida Bennett and Xingxiu. Burgeon and burn will go brrrr

Unfortunately for me I'm super resin efficient so I will not be farming these artifacts and in turn won't be pulling for Arlecchino unless more characters find these sets useful.

My Wrio has R5 Flowing Purity, so I already play with Bond of Life mechanics... I was wondering if either of these sets would be better for him that his Marechaussee Hunter. I understood the Reverie differently from you, to me it's more like: Xiangling should have the set, use Skill or Ult, then she leaves the field activating the Burning bonus after 3 seconds, and as long as someone is burning you get the 50% dmg dealt... a lot of stuff is not specified neither clarified on the descriptions. Now that the set is out, does anyone have any calculations and experience seeing how it actually works???

This “burning” set functions perfectly fine without the burning reaction it would probably fit in in a you use X character for 6 seconds then supports and continue with X character for 6 seconds again to gain value the rotation or just don’t count your rotation supports first and then you get the 50% dmg bonus to do big dmg without using burn

Wrio, Baizhu, Thoma, Furina(or Xingqiu, or Kazuha). Giving Baizhu or Thoma the burning set could be a dmg increase. But I don’t know the numbers. Oh and before anyone says just play circle impact and play Bennett, no thank you, I like to have fun and the dps is already good enough to clear everything but I’d like my Baizhu and Thoma to do a bit more dmg in the team (that is to say I want to maximize this teams damage and not change the team). Since Baizhu has a burn dmg increase built into his passives I wonder if this set is good or do we reach diminishing returns on him. As for Thoma, would this be an upgrade over Emblem on this team? What do the numbers say?

Tldr Set 1: arlecchino exclusive set Set 2: burnmelt set but probably a set for a future unreleased character thats burn focused. Basically dont farm this domain unless your planning on pulling arlecchino and dont need to farm any other better domains(marechaussee hunter/golden dreams for example).
