Use Hand Pistol as your opening attack it deals extra damage if your opponent has more than 70% HP, and it also applies Clawed which prevents them from using hold skills, and hold normal attacks Then use Rokugan as a finisher, it deals extra damage to enemies affected by Clawed Both skills ignores defense, and they are designed to allow Lucci to kill anyone with that combo as long as he can land Rakugan before the Clawed status effects fades Lucci can also ignore the trait that allows characters to survive with 1 HP when he is on the treasure area, so think of him as an anti Oden
Rob Lucci counters duel units cuz they hold normals in order to switch. That’s why your normals don’t work when u get clawed because you can hold normals
If an enemy inflicted with clawed status effect he can no longer use hold normal or hold attacks like roger running skill or klaw holding normal attacks to change between kid and law
I’m glad that he’s not overpowered like Roger and Snake. Just a very good unit that rewards skill. He also bodies Snake and Roger, so that’s a good thing 🙌
That clawed affect is so strong because it counters characters that need to switch out like Yamato and ace, and Kid and law. It also locks the skill 2 of your opponents it’s so strong I wanna get that unit
What? No there's so many more iconic attacks rokugan isn't even the most iconic attack in one piece that would be one of zoros or luffy's as anime in general there's kamehameha rasengan bankai etc
Back when if you want to become a ex you have to do something extraordinary in anime like becoming pirate king, stopping a war but right now, if you can move a rock you can be a ex 😅
Rob lucci deserve more than pirate king Roger back then. He gave us such a good fight and arc,which actually put one piece in league of other top anime. Before,none of the arc stands with other iconic arcs. Pushed luffy to mimic his powers, making future fight more fast paced and intresting. Villan deserves special unit,it is common for all gacha games. Thinking that they don't is pathetic.

He's strong but not a game changer. On top of that, all of he's skills aren't fun and lacking in terms of animation and effect. Overall, he's kinda boring but still good

Definitely 'L'ucci, The character would've been better if they made only the hybrid tiger and made use of awakened state just like haki state of shanks and atk stk and clawed status. That would be better
Jabra can’t do much on the treasure area, if both have the nullify stagger lucci can easily take his shield off and also make him not be able to use his skill 2
