Problem is, you either drow the teamplay bonuses or the session score. Probably you can use the reserves to raise the teamplay bonus to max and then your main 11 to raise their sharpness. Problem is raising sharpness without any rests or teamplay bonus cards will really be difficult and take so much conditions from your players
