The Urus has only done a wet lap to date I believe. I was meant to take mine there in June but that go shot down... Was hoping to get one of the track experts to do a timed, filmed lap. Next year.

so then,the urus,or rsq8-r? which is faster ?it would looks even more insane with carbon all around the wheel's bay instead of plastic. honestly,i looks better than the urus,probably because the gigantic all carbon front grid.also,a half green half carbon bonnet would be sicksicksick.
Not many people can appreciate the incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail which is involved to make an upgraded version of an RS model!!! ABT quality is second to none👏👍
I think that the RSQ8 is a great car, but the extra -R is missing some bits. Firstly, I think that instead of adding more aero(which adds more weight even though it is carbon fiber), I would start by reducing weight. Exchanging Audi's original pieces for more lightweight parts which will help the car feel better, faster acceleration and better handling. Second, I feel like that 740hp and 920nm sound to be more than what they really are, I am not saying that it doesn't have that amount, but that it doesn't feel like it has that amount. I bet that the 650hp Urus feels lighter, more aggressive when driving, although this one looks much meaner. ABT make great preparations, but I feel like the new -R line is missing something, it feels like they just wanted the car to look meaner, more badass, instead of actually making it a better and more sportier handling car. Those good old days with the RS6+ ... This is just my opinion, no offense
I understand what you're trying to say but I think that the RSQ8 R is still supposed to be a luxury vehicle. I guess that they didn't want to just strip it down and save some weight to make it as light as the urus and i'm sure the RSQ8R will never feel as sporty as the Urus because it's a Lamborghin😅... But you can still drive your top notch luxury SUV with more comfort and in the same time beat some Urus owners with a faster acceleration of 0.2 seconds. And as Shmee said in the Video it's not even that bad to drive and handle in Dynamic mode. In the end you still pay about 210.000€ but you get a fully equipped ABT RSQ8-R instead of a base model Lamborghini Urus...
I always thought the Urus was way too overpriced anyway. Honestly, even if I had the money, I'd probably go for the Q8 and really ball out in the specifications than go bare minimum on an Audi with the bull badge.
One Questions comes always to my mind when you show cars from different tuning companies and so on: why are you nearly always alone in the Video without any person from the companie. Like in this video it would be fun to see Daniel Abt with you in the video
