Ideally the installation guys gotta get all the stuff they need. Customer shouldn’t be held liable for this. Not everyone can keep a stair in their home. Hope you take it in a positive way
@@ritunagri6738 A 5 or 6 step Ladder is the basic thing every household has. Stool is another one. Installation guys never brings ladder with them. U have to provide it. What will happen if he slips from the cylinder and fall. Are you waiting for a tragedy in your house. Be human and be kind for another human.
