I previously mentioned that I picked up this press used. Wasn't looking and had just recently acquired the Hornady 366. Interesting timing, but I believe things happen for a reason and I wasn't about to pass on an awesome deal. Quite satisfying to find something so well cared for that someone is looking to find a new home for.
That being said, there were a few things missing on the press I wanted to rectify. I already talked about the base plate warning stickers. My first call to PW told me I was dealing with a great company. Super nice on the phone and extremely helpful. Shout out to Sue. The stickers arrived in a couple of days, blew me away on how fast they showed up.
Decided to pick up a few more items, some that didn't come standard with the press but were optional (and a nice addition IMO) as well as some other enhancements that weren't "needed" but I thought I'd give them a try. PW parts pricing is dangerous to me...so fairly priced they have me contemplating more upgrades. Dangerous to the wallet.
I've now dealt with PW customer service three times and they are hitting it out of the park! Truly very customer focused company. Wasn't expecting anything less, but they are truly my kind of folks. The attention to detail in simple things like packing each individual part in its own, stapled closed bag. Just don't see that any more today. Very old school and VERY appreciated. Shipping cost are EXTREMELY reasonable and shipping is FAST, one of the fastest if not the fastest I've ever received from order to delivery from a reloading company. Kudos to PW all the way around.
