Wow, years ago my friend bought land here in the early 2000s for 1200(12,000,000). Never in my wildest dreams did I see this place becoming like this? Kudus to you for this video and to all who are making this happen. One thing though, if they have been able to construct these then they should come together and have the roads built and not wait for Gov. more so because in Ghana we don't pay property taxes. if some of these buildings are in the USA, the owners will probably be paying about $10,000. a year. That is why they have good roads around their properties and we dont

We need roads roads roads. I have a house there. Trust me all the mansions mean nothing without decent roads. We recently contributed some money to level the inner roads. Still not enough.
