No more E2M? I can’t stick to any weight loss plan. I think I’m just gonna give up until I’m in the right frame of mind. I always enjoy your hauls Hope!

Hey Pamela! Well I am going to go low carb. But I will continue E2M workouts, probably purchase their meals from time to time. I will always purchase the coffee. I am torn because I know E2M works and give me the results quickly and I feel great. But the meal plan is challenging. WW seems like it give you too many options which is great sometime and sometimes not so much. I have thought about calorie deficit but not a total fan. I am going to start walking 2 miles daily. I ordered a walking pad. I don't like it in the living room but I need it. The garage is dark and cold. We have to get someone one day to install better lighting. I can't get to gym like I want to because my big boys are gone and not here to watch Siah. So I know the walking will kick start me and help me decide. Hang in their Pamela!! Thank you! Tfw!!
