I tried this place 3 days after this video released and it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!I saw this video over the weekend and was so excited I had to go try out this place on Sun, the very next day. Let me tell you, it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! We were very unhappy. They didnt have most of what was featured in this video. There was no lasagna, no Cebuchon, no garlic shrimp, and no Kare Kare. When we asked about this, they told us the menu was "subject to change" but they didn't replace those items with anything equally appealing. Instead they had 3 chicken dishes and chop suey. They had chicken adobo, but it was definitely NOT boneless and had a lot of bones, along with their other chicken dishes that were the same chicken but with different sauces as explained by one of the servers. They did have fettuccine Alfredo, the BBQ ribs ran out before I could try them and they didn't refill them. The roast beef was cold, as most of their food was and very dry. They did have a lot of lobster that they kept bringing out but it was also cold and not the best tasting. The dessert was literally just pineapple, watermelon and what looked like day old croissants. We did get our 1 mimosa that was poured out of a decanter that could've very well been just orange juice as I couldn't taste any champagne. The service was ultimately non existent. The place was full of staff and employees, and although it was pretty slow almost all the employees were eating and we were virtually ignored by the ones who were working. I had such high hopes and high expectations for this place and was so saddened that it turned out to be such a poor experience
Had high hopes going to Nanay Gloria in LV but was soooo disappointed when I went 2 weeks ago with a group of friends. Scared of going to this place after my experience in Vegas.
I went last Sunday and it was terrible, food was room temperature (the manager was irritated when I brought this to her attention) the service was incompetent and I'm not lying, there was a very scruffy unkept guy / possibly homeless literally sleeping with his head on the table next to me.. You'll regret spending $40 here.
Before I comment I like to read other people's comments and when one person said that they didn't have the items in the video, I don't blame them and usually I skip the salads but for the coin,40 bucks not bad because here in NYC if you want to go to a all you can eat lobsters it will run you 100.00/per person and I am just thinking about it and if not lobster, then I look for the most expensive things on the menu or go for the buffet and I love my seafood and I would probably go for the ROAST BEEF, and the rice doesn't look appealing and I really don't know FILIPINO FOOD, to be honest but I am very picky when it comes to food as I look for value and this place is huge and very nice dining room and it looks like it's not very busy, maybe because they are a new establishment.
There’s a yelp review that says he was told, after he got his second lobster, that he cannot have anymore. That’s not all you can eat. I wouldn’t drive all the way there and get pissed off by being told you can have any more lobster.
No pasta for me. If someone will pay, I'll be there. Other Filipino buffet seems better and cheaper. I got free lobster buffet in San Diego. Good video though. The jazz sounds and karioke is not my style when eating in a buffet.
