I’m sitting here yelling at screen because I already KNEW it was going down! Swatches are the devil when it comes to bronzer - they are not designed/formulated in a way to show like a shadow. Loving your videos and presence back on YT SO much!

I think it's very hard for WOC to find a good Bronzer. Sometimes ppl get confused with bronzing up the skin and contouring the skin (I know I use too). I'm not a fan of contouring but I will bronze up my skin (if I'm doing what ppl would call a FULL BEAT LOL). The only bronzers I've every tried and liked are the Covergirl Queen and ELF's Bronzer in Turks& Cacaos (I hopefully spelled it correctly).

Tywan Brown I was confused too when I first started! I love Morphe 9bz bronzer palette, very brown girl friendly and price point is very affordable. Milani makes one but the red undertone is to much.

I am a Nc50 in MAC, i ordered the bronzer in mahogany and it looks very nice on my skin tone...HOWEVER, i kinda sort of regret purchasing the Amrezy highlighter. I thought it was more of a golden tone, on my skin it comes off as borderline ashy or as if someone lit a candle and held the flame beside my face...if that makes sense...i honestly cannot describe it, however i like more of golden highlight to compliment my skintone.....this is more of a whitish tone CHAMPAGNE ..👻

Covergirl if you’re looking for a good highlighter from ABH that’s browngirl friendly, get so hollywood it’s a little more golden than the amrezy one.

I can definitely see that it added warmth but ABH is a mess for this, 5 shades for lighter skin tones and just 1 for deeper skin? No ma’am.

no. two shades for light skin, two shades for medium skin, two shades for dark skin. Could they have went darker? absolutely! but they did distribute the shades evenly by skin tones.

Hi again Shlinda I just ordered the Anastasia Soft Glam palette. Should arrive this coming Tuesday. I wanted to order one of the new bronzers but I didn't feel comfortable ordering it online without first swatching it. I'm about two shades lighter than you. Do you think Mahogany would be too dark for me? Should I go for the next shade up? BTW it's so nice to see you doing videos more frequently again and I love ❤️ your new intro!

They coulda made deeper shades. Im tan/light deep. I wear 385 in fenty & i picked up the darkest shade because the lighter ones jusy weren’t doing it for me, maybe it was the undertones🤷🏽‍♂️ But mahogany is beautiful i like it alot

Ok! I’m that Chick that take my time with most products that catch my eye before I invest, sometimes RU-vid gets me hype about a product and I run and get just like so many others, like the Fenty foundation, I was on a mission! But I purchased The ABH bronzer in Mahogany this past Friday. I went to an event Friday night and of course I busted it out and applied it and it didn’t warm up my skin! I saw it on my skin but it didn’t bring warmth to my skin. I just got into bronzer January 2018 and I bought a Sephora Collection Blush palette called “Spice Market” which has one bronzer shade for deep/dark skin and it gives a beautiful, subtle warmth to my skin that I love. I believe the palette was $28 and I love the bronzer but I only use the bronzer from the palette. I also have Juvias Saharan 1 blush palette that has a red tone bronzer in it which I use as a blush sometimes. So I when I applied Mahogany I expected it to be warm to the 10th power, but it is very neutral on me. It did however work well for my nose contour. So I am trying to decide if I’m really going to keep this bronzer to use as a nose contour when I decided to investigate further and I watched your review and heard for the first time “buildable coverage”! I applied one pass over my face and expected to get at least the results I get from my Sephora bronzer. But anyway, im going to give it another go and attempt to build it up. I really want this to work. Thank you for this review.

Don't know if this will work for me but my current favorite is russett by LA femme which is a blush but it works on my skin tone as a nice bronzer, sometimes I use raizin by mac too or I'll mix them. 💜
