I understand what you're saying but this puts them under a tough situation this is like basically saying "The game which most of yall spent horrendous amounts of money on is going to shutdown and its never coming back" basically that would cause a fuss so its left out like this, also one more thing I think they should've atleast updated us since they said "if we cant resolve the dmca we'll try to repay yall by making a new anime game and people who spent money would have stuff in that game" (which never came out nor have we gotten updated about it) and it turns out they dont wanna face legal actions but lets be honest would anyone really care if units' colors look different? no, hell no idk what they were thinking when they didnt do that :/
