Buy an installment house and lot instead of renting monthly. Kahit maliit lng. Kapag nakaipon ka, buy another bigger property and rent out the small one. Look for a free flooded area.
Do not use the muriatic acid directly to the floor or any surface, it should be diluted with water and soap... Direct muriatic removes the glaze of the tiles or bowl, then that's the time na the more stain will accomulate... Just an advice..

Oh no nag flood pala diyan ☹️ When I was growing up sa Pampanga, it would flood a lot din sa 80s sa street namin. Na experience din namin yung Pinatubo 30 years ago nung 91.
When you cleaning that kind of dirty try to use a simple method like baking soda and vinegar and leave for 15 minutes or more at least safe for you and your daughter that kind of stuff

Whatever is not functioning in that apartment, you should complain to the landlord and they should clean that to make it livable, you don’t clean that apartment the landlord should do it…you need to complain…

Instead of muriatic acid not good for the health if you inhale the smoke. Chlorox or baking soda is better , ibabad ng ilang oras then scrub or brush it . Maputi at makintab pa after.

Donna tingin ko sinadyang hindi sabihin sa inyo nung may ari na bumabaha dyan kasi kung nalaman ninyo, malamang hindi kayo mag re rent. At lalong hindi mo ipare renovate yung apartment nila like you did. Personally, that's not a good landlord. At least not a forthcoming one. I think your best option would be to demand a refund or kung hindi pumayag yung may ari, ibawas mo yung cost ng ipinag paayos mo from the rent. Kung 7thou ang monthly rent mo, then you should try to negotiate 2 months free rent. Or kahit at least one month. And then lumipat na kayo ng bahay. I have a feeling, flood-prone yang barangay na tinitirhan nyo ngayon. Mauulit at mauulit yan. I was wondering, if you were able to sell your second house, hindi mo ba naisip na bumili na lang ng bahay at lupa. Or kahit lupa muna then magpagawa ka ng kahit maliit na bahay lang. Uso naman ngayon yung mga TINY HOME designs. Siguraduhin mo lang na flood free yung area. At malayo sa earthquake fault line. Sadly, marami sa Ilocos area ang dinadaanan ng Philippine fault line kaya malakas ang mga lindol dyan. For example Vigan and Sarrat. I would encourage you to be very very smart with your money and savings and your investments. Lalo ngayon at single mom ka na ulit. wow,, I just couldn't believe how stressful feelings that you just moved in and then all of the sudden you will gonna move out again for some reason...if its me , I will just scream out loud until the stress will go away. I hope that owners would clean the space before letting it rented to others. So dirty. Should be presentable. The owner should check the property once in a while if everything is ok. Drainage must be resolved......ew....so dirty with unpleasant when flooded.
