This is my mostly pure Aroma deck list with the updated support coming in TCG February 2024. I hope you enjoy my idea and replays here, but please feel free to share your thoughts and ideas, too! Plant Lovers!
I wholeheartedly loved this video! Thank you so very much for uploading it. Just like your first video, it only served to deepen my love and adoration of Aroma as an archetype - where it was a fun and unique way to play the game before, pure Aroma now became a deck with some real firepower behind it. I had no idea that I:P Masquerena and Avramax could be combined like this! Obviously, the fact that Aromaseraphy Sweet Marjoram and Aromalylith Magnolia work in tandam to turn everyone in the Aroma Garden into plant-based Dragoons is a very welcome addition as well. Oh, do I even need to bring up the crazy combo of Ghost Sister and Magnolia boosting every Plant monster up to insane amounts, even in the opponent`s turn? Something that I personally tend to do, is to add 2-3 Pollinosis into the mix just to negate any problematic card that my opponent might throw at me, preferably used with Laurel, Angelica or any other card that already had its moment to shine that turn. The deck profile, the reasoning behind your choices and the informative combo video are very much appreciated and I´m looking forward to any future videos from you. You are most welcome! Oh, you very much opened my eyes to new combos and the best part about it is that you kept the deck pure Aroma instead of mixing it with Sonavalon/Rikka like so many others do. Its always a joy to talk to other like-minded people and share ideas with each other, haha. I will definitely stick around for that and share my thoughts on that one with you as well! I always thought that Solemn Judgment was too steep a cost for this deck since it would require paying so many Life Points and potentially put the Aroma player behind on Life Points, but maybe Solemn Strike would be good addition instead due to the relatively low cost of 1.500 Life Points for the negation of a Special Summon of a key card? @@AromaSun
@@benogokan yes that’s true, solemn strike sounds more ideal, and Pollinosis will probably be amazing since we will be able to swarm the field with more plants now, and thus have resource for the tribute cost in Pollinosis, especially if blessed winds is on the field as we will easily special summon the Aroma monster we used as tribute. Thanks for bringing that up!
Exactly! Its my pleasure, really! I´m always happy to bounce ideas with a fellow Aroma enthusiast, lol. If you want to take it even further, we could always tribute Aromalylith Rosemary or Aromalylith Rosalina to trigger their effects after letting them bloom once again during the next turn with Blessed Winds. Potentially even use that method to get Angelica in the graveyard after we Special Summon her from our hand with Aromalylith Rosemary´s effect. Afterward, its as simple as bringing Angelica back through her own effect and maybe use her to banish one of the opponent´s card by using her as cost for Aromalylith Rosemary´s 3rd effect while gaining 1.000 LP, right? @@AromaSun
@@benogokan yesss I love these ideas! It’s really neat how Link-3 Rosemary allows Angelica to bounce between hand field and GY, then back on the field with Angelica’s own effect! She would be super broken if she didn’t get banished. It would be so nice to have a rank 1 Xyz Aroma so we can use Angelica as material, then recycle her more since she won’t get banished if she gets detached 😋! Kind of how Rikka is playing around with Erica.
Yes, I have! I love Rose Lover, but decided to opt her out over Rose Girl and/or Carrotweight Champion. Spore is also a great pick. However, I wouldn’t question if you choose Rose Lover, it just all depends on what you’re aiming for. I found Aromage Jasmine’s double summon from the hand sufficient, so I didn’t put Rose Lover. I’m curious how your deck will end up looking with rose lover though!
