Hello, friends! Today I'm sharing a new Arrtx 60 set of acrylic markers! I will be swatching the colors and comparing the metallics, as well as sharing some artwork. I hope you enjoy and feel inspired to create your own artwork! Thank you for letting me share my journey with you! 💗
My rep from Arrtx has let me know this new 60 set actually has 12 new colors.
2 new standard colors (I apologize, as I had only found one)
4 new metallics (I believe two are improved though, personally)
6 new fun fluorescent/neon colors! Four of which glow under a black light!

As someone who had to put aside her love of art and watercolours for many years to care for an elderly relative, I understand why you don’t want your love of art tainted by others. Please stop apologising for who,what and how you are as an artist and person or for working off camera. Your passion and enjoyment of colours in what can be a very grey world is positively inspiring and important to those of us who are grateful to have found your channel. I know it can be hard,but ignore the thoughtless or hateful comments and keep the positive comments close, as they are the ones that matters. The negative Nellies will eventually get fed up and hopefully find something better to do with their time. Thank you for your content

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment. I can't tell you what it means to me. I have seen so many videos hating on haul videos, as well as comments on my channel for some reason assuming I don't use products. It's very discouraging. I share what I love and thought I was helping others. I hate having to explain and give disclaimers but at times it is the only way to keep the negative nellies away. Thank you so much for your comment, it really made my day! I hope you are right, and people can find something better to do with their time.

I like your honesty about being anxious on camera. I usually beat that by telling myself I can delete the footage if I don't like it. It works.

I wish they would make a set with just every color. Then make every color available as a replacement, and then I could add new ones as they come out and replace the ones I use up. They’re really nice and they are quieter than other markers and are gentle on paper.

Yes, I agree! I hope they release the full color selection in this same box. They do offer the colors as a replacement now, on the Arrtx website. It seems like they were priced well, but you would have to order enough to get free shipping. You are so right!! I never thought about it, but that must be another reason I enjoy them...they are quiet. So besides not needing to pump or shake them (which I hate, lol). They help create the peaceful vibe I enjoy. Thabjs. i alreasdy have the a,b,d and 18 metallics so this will save me some money not purchasing a load of duplicate colours. great video.

Thank you for understanding, Fuzzy. YES!! I think I'm already so hard on myself, and then I feel pressure trying to share and I don't want to let anyone down. Lol. It's a totally different experience for me creating off camera...but then I get mean comments saying all I do is swatch etc. Thanks so much for the thoughtful comment, I appreciate it. 💗

Hi Stephanie! With the exception of the Metallica, it looks like these dry with a matte finish-is that true? Thanks for this demo❤

Hello, Ann! Thanks for stopping by! Yes, on all the papers I have used so far they seem to dry with a matte finish. Except the metallics, as you noticed. They do have two formulas for the Arrtx acrylic markers. The black barrel markers reactivate, and don't dry permanent. They are fun to use like gouache, and you can mix the colors in a palette, etc. The white barrel markers dry pretty permanent. I hope that helps! Thanks for the comment. By they way, I just saw your post from IG. I'm praying for your daughter and I hope she is doing ok! My daughter has recently moved out, and is doing the Disney College program. I can only imagine how scary that was for you both! 💗💗💗

Thank you so much for your kindness❤ We are all fine and classes have resumed in full at UCCS; the criminal is in custody on a $5 million bond. I’m fairly familiar with these markers but didn’t know that the black barrels were more like gouache-thank you so much now I know I want the white ones! I’ve subscribed to your channel❤❤
