New Ather 450s Ride review | + and - | S1 Air killer? ⚡ 

Recently I bought ather 450x in 1.66l without pro pack, very disappointed cause they gave battery % and odometer, no other features, no modes, no range indicator, I should hv gone for iqube or ola with a less price 😞😞😞

Price ke hisab se pro features base model me v dena chahiye thaa.. Ola s1 Air ko ye compete nhi kar sakta features ke mamle me..

Pro pack wala, system bekar hai, agar uska jhamela na hota toa , kafi achi thi.

13000 ₹ extra for besic features 😢 matlab inko ola se piche hi rhna hai 1st aane me sharam aati hai inko 😅 inse expectations rkhna hi bekar hai 👎

i used to think ather has a product which it can export to foreign countries but now they are killing themselves with their pricing structure😐

I wanna put a correction here : You kept saying it's equivalent to old 450 plus, but it's basically equivalent to gen2 450X, that had 2.9 kwh battery, for 450 plus that battery was software locked to 2.3 kwh...also, the tires are back to the older versions on this. Basically, you are getting a Gen2 450X with non touch screen and slower charger. Even if you include the pro pack, this price is still equivalent to the older 450X , but now the subsidy is much lower. So, this disproves the theory that EV industry won't survive without the subsidy.

So this is not for Middle class guy, Ather no doubt is a good company has done a good R&D on its products but when it comes to pricing and then adding a pro pack . Hits hard on middle class . I would rather buy a splendor which gives at least 60km/l of avg and that would be much good than buying a 1.5 lakh scooty . I feel I wouldnt be able to recover its 50% cost in 2 yrs . Where as if I buy a bike or another scooter it would come under 1 lakh and provide better distance coverup and Milage , compared to ev like Athers . So personally I feel Its not worth the price . Yes if it would have been aroun 1 lakh then definately its good to go . Company adding pack subscription is not good . Since Comapny is already charging a lot from cutomer . They are not building a Petrol vehicle that they have to work on metal but its just a motor which is not big to manufacture and then comes the body which is fibre only also u cant even cover 100 km so there is no point to buy a 1 lakh vehicle. So thats my view point on any ev costing above 1 lakh .
