New Audi A3 (2020) - Crazy AMBIENT LIGHTS demonstration (S Line interior)

Taking a look at the AMBIENT LIGHTS with 30 different colors on the new 2020 Audi A3 Sportback. This is the optional thing but price for it is not high so worth taking it ( 982 CROATIAN KUNA, or around 130 EUR).
This is the 35 TFSI with S Line interior so there is illuminated S Line badge on the doors.

Jkjkjkjk 😂😂 Before my Mercedes I drove an Audi. So I know that Mercedes has a better interior and system. I like Audi too, but the A class is at the moment just better.

Not just the a class. So bullshit to say, that the a class is the worst Mercedes car ever😄 I think you just hate Mercedes 😉 Maybe because it’s not so cheap Idk. And of course the are a few plastic things. It’s the cheapest model from Mercedes. Like a golf, Audi A1 or A3. Before I drove the new Audi A5. Even that car have cheap plastic 😉

This is a feature that in reality you show off a couple of times to friends then set your favourite and never ever touch again. Got this on my Leon, not as many colours as this, but now couldn't even change it if I tried as no idea where the settings are.

Yeh! looks nice but sorry guys, had 2 A3's from new. Both had to have EMC's replaced, one twice! Wife had an A2 from new and one of the main engine mount bolts sheared off after 13,000 miles. Shocking build quality for the premium price. Think it's all smoke and mirrors (and marketing hype) but they seem to get away with their vorsprung. Wouldn't have one if you gave me it, too much hassle.

@@mijboogie 8V is a matter of taste imo :P I like the 8V sedan over the 8V2 sedan, but the 8V2 sportback over the 8V sportback. When it comes to 8V vs. 8Y, I actually find it really difficult. I think the 8V overall is more elegant, beautiful and timeless, while the 8Y is more sporty and agressive. However, with the Golf its no discussion whatsoever. The Golf 7.5 is the best looking Golf ever made and one of the best hatchback/compact cars ever, the Golf 8 looks like a straight downgrade inside and outside, I have no idea what they were thinking.

What I noticed during a test drive some days ago: The Ambient Light only came on in the tunnel. What did you do to make it on during the day?

This was evening and that’s why it’s turned on, it’s off when you drive it during the day. To turn it on all times press the light switch to full lights all the time (so not automatic lights but lights ON all the time, then you get ambient lights all the time:) )

Its especially weird because they completely overhauled the Q7s interior with the facelift, and gave it the all-new "full glass" interior of the A6, A7, Q8 etc. However, when they facelifted the A4 and A5, even later than the Q7, the only thing they effectively did was to make the screen larger...

ciao, dipende dal mercato, ma questi sono il pacchetto AMBIENT LIGHT plus, in Croazia puoi ottenerlo come optional e non hai bisogno della S Line, ma devi specificarlo come optional per avere quegli ambienti luci

Its very nice....however it would have been better if Audi had made it that you could only adjust the lights while the car was stationary. All these touch screen controls are a big distraction when driving.

I have this vehicle and the buttons to control the climate control do not light up which makes it difficult to adjust the heating. Is this normal or do I have a fault?

Looks OK in the dark but in daylight there's no hiding all that cheap plastic during daylight. Also the weak engine choice and fake air vents and exhausts ruin it for me.

So mine don't seem to work. Only just accepted delivery and it's still daylight but nothing changes on the led strip or even the surface lights

Here is the thing - your lights need to be on (not automatic mode, but turn them on), then you will have ambient lights during daylight. Otherwise they will turn on during the evening/night 🌌 hope this helps:)
