kung naka multiple entry ka under working/work and holiday visa pwede ka mag work. Yes pwede din mag aral. If mag aral ka, better ang student Visa ka para u can stay longer until matapos mo school. Then mas easy mag PR.
Once qualified ka, on the processing of VISA yes need nila yan kunin. Dahil ididikit nila sa isang page ng passport mo yung Australia Visa. Ibabalik din yan agad. I'm assuming 1- 2 weeks

Hindi po pwede SHS lang, dapat nakapag tertiary education po kahit 2 years. Pero pwede sya mag apply ng ibang Visa under Student Visa. Pwede mag aral until makapagtapos at part time work while studying. Good luck sa anak mo.

walang madali kahit saan, lahat ng gusto pagsusumikapan. Tyaga at sipag lang at never give up makakakita ka ng work. Pwede sa visa nato kahit walang work experience. Take 1 step at a time, apply muna ng Visa. Good Luck!
