These were randomly $195 on GOAT for a size 9.5 and I bought them a few weeks ago. The next day they were back to selling for $250. Guess I got lucky lol

7:31 Very good conclusion. I am no sneakerhead at all, and I did not like the colorway that much at first. However, as my Grey V5 are slowly dying, I copped those (without the "hype" factor influence) when they released, and they are great. I would add that switching the laces for black make them really aggressive compared to the default ones, which are nice as well.
Appreciate your honesty! I found the black midsole/outsole combo was a miss. Would’ve been better with white and a gum bottom with a white or cream ‘N’. The jjjjound 990v4 got these right already.
Been waiting for you to get your hands on these! I was counting down the minutes for this release and was absolutely in love from the first ever sneak peak that I saw. Once I got them in hand they did not disappoint whatsoever. These are my favorite pair of sneakers that I own. Absolutely 🔥🔥🔥. Been wearing them in the spring and I think they look incredible. Definitely the NB of the year so far for me with the Interstellar 993 at #2
Macadamias were solid!!!! Love the two combination colors drops for spring / Summer. Prefer those two over the Purple and Cilantro color way that dropped recently.
These sold out very quickly and I didn’t get a pair on release. However, on a recent business trip to South Africa I found a pair at the NB store there. 🤷🏻♂️
I don't understand people saying go down a size,go up a size, if your foot doesn't fit the shoe in your normal size then it's not for you, that might work for shoes with no arch support, but with a shoe like this it throw things off
I don't think they are season specific. I got the M990AI2, which came out in season 1 and they came in the blue box. But yes, teddy pairs get either the cream or blue box. I don't know how they decide which gets cream or which gets blue though.
Speaking of boxes those Kith x New Balance 1906R “Black/Green” that just came out didn’t have a special box and I was wondering why lol I feel like it was a missed opportunity. I saw the upcoming Jack Harlow NBs will have a standard gray box and that is surprising to me. I too am curious about the logic behind the boxes lol
Best GR in a very long time, if this was JJJJound people would be way more crazy about it sadly. I'm a sucker for V4's and these just deliver with the subtle hit of the silverish mesh with those two tones of blue on a black sole, it just works. Also like a grown version of the Gel Saga Mazarine Ronnie did way back which I used to have.
Speaking factz. It is all hyped up for no reason. I have them. I like them. But definitely would have been fine not getting them. The cream pair is slept on and might actually be a little nicer in hand. I bought both pairs.
I’m sorry but How is it for no reason? If a lot of people enjoy them then there is your reason lol. The reaction to these shoes from some people is so strange to me. Not saying you are doing this but some people are actually angry that its a popular release. I got accused of being a hypebeast for loving these and making a few posts about them when I liked them way before I knew it was going to be this popular.

I do have a question...when you buy Chinese products in China, they are may be 1:3 as you have much less logistics cost involved vs 1:5 or 1:6 if the same products are sold in America. You have Customs, shipping, trucking, warehousing, more trucking cost so that's how it was justified. However, these made in USA model should have huge savings in logistics and brands should be able to give us better material for the same cost as imports? Granted they might not be able to do 1:3 like domestic Chinese companies but 1:4 or even 1:5, would be nice. Oh, I forgot brands marketing teams knows they can get more money playing on consumers sentiment for supporting their local manufacturing sectors...not knowing they are just stuffing more money into corporation pockets. Good old greed & capitalism.

I was this close (holding thumb and index fingers very close together) to purchasing these. However, I ultimately chose to purchase the 991v2 London Marathons. I did this because I did not love and only appreciated this colorway. Plus, I decided against these because I recently purchased the JFG Belly Outros (a terrific shoe). Thank you!
