Hi Kody, me again. My modular 2007 home ( 2nd owner) had a 58° initial basement, 28' x 70', styro bead core filled cinder block, 4 hot air ceiling ducts. Initial oberview showed many top cinder blocks were 40° in winter. 2" styro added to inside first winter =64° basement, 2"styro sheets (4x8) installed on the outside upright against basement walls after being dug out and stood up between basement footing up to sill plate =71° basement. 4 heat ducts still fully open, mission accomplished!
