I want that Battlefield 3 tone back. Soldiers getting stuck in and getting shit done. More so than 4, which in my opinion felt more Hollywood than 3. The Delta Force multiplayer kinda killed my interest in it as a Battlefield competitor.

Not Specialist, Not All Gadgets killed the game, thing is that Dice made classes with specialst allready in the game and devided gadgets to classes, THAT KILLED THE GAME. I play server with all gadgets ON after all this years all gadgets are NOT overpowered at all 😊

I hear a lot of people talk about battlefield 3 and battlefield 4 as a focused as a core but you should also consider the stuff they did in battlefield 1 like operations consider doing long campaigns you have small campaigns fighting over a small area they have a long one where you fight over an area to area to area like 250 player operations 125v125 to do 60v60 2042 has proven this I want to see 125v125 😊

4:08 BF1 had easily identifiable class skins that were also country specific. Id say there was more work done vs BF4 which had less factions with there own uniforms.

I never played battlefield for campaign unless it forced me to and honestly I wasn't happy about it. I play it for the multiplayer. The battles. Seems like a mistake. They need to focus on their hardcore fans. The one's that made them.

Eeeehhh feels thin. I'm still not convinced they're going back to old school classes. There is too much potential money to be made selling skins, and EA wants maximum $$$. If we're at all lucky, it will be classes but a *Battlefield V* implementation of them. Whatever they do, I hope they don't try to copy any aspect of CoD. I liked the old single player campaigns of CoD a lot, but for me the multiplayer of CoD is just a kids game. All that strafing and those idiotic costumes, you might as well call it fortnite. I just want a modern battlefield with a nice gaming experience like the old games. No fancy skins, no shiny objects dangling from your weapon, just a modern battlefield. And please, no specialists. Or at least different ones for both teams. It just makes no sense to have the same ones in both factions.

i like classes But for some reason BF had one of the worst class systems ever done in a game, Specialist had the variety of roles what older BF games and other BF clones had,.. i hate the "Recon" its only used to be know for the Snipers and "Engineers" only had Anti tank roles, 2042 current "Class" system its more fit for the future.. of course its tainted with the characters attached to each role :/

Like several BF campaigns in the past, I will not be playing the new one. They have never been all that great and seems like a huge waste of resources to me, but whatever. Some people want it so knock yourselves out! Hopefully, they will not be bringing specialists to the next game. But I guarantee they will be bringing skins back. So many of you can still play dress up with your soldiers. Again, a huge waste of time as far as I'm concerned, but it's a little cash cow for EA so, I'm sure that will be in the game. I have been hyped for every release of BF but I have to say, I'm not too confident after 2042. We'll see.

Rozonda sounds like the kind of character Sweet Baby Inc would push game developers and publishers to include in their games. This whole DEI and Wokeness in video games needs to be go period. And if it results in 1% of players throwing up a stink so be it. The small minority, Sweet Baby Inc and investment firms like Black Rock & Vanguard are bad news for the video games industry.
