Instead of prying w/ a screwdriver (which risks damage to the paint), just push outward on that stud once the 5-sided nut has been removed. Doing so will pop the lamp housing free from the fender.

wear rubber gloves so finger oil is not on bulb

NEVER touch a bulb with uncovered fingers like this! It gets oil on the bulb and the oil heats faster than the rest of the bulb causing it to fail faster.
