Kensington needs to be gutted. It is a spit hole of an area. Shame on the druggies and homeless nutjobs for polluting that area. Get them all off the streets.

Homeless population in Center City is nothing like, say, San Francisco. And the middle arm rest can prevent people from lying down

Remember Upper Darby in the early 1980's when all those off the boat Vietnamese and Koreans moved into vacant run-down storefronts and made positive self-sustaining strides for the community.
