About runes i think almost nothing will change. conq-triumph-alacrity-last stand/cut down (most players playing bloodline but alacrity is stronger, bloodline is still decent option in some cases). Secondaries - not sure how sudden impact will feel for Nilah so it's either sudden impact-eyeball collection or eyeball collection with treasure hunter. Small runes - attack speed - adaptive force - flat health
A long time ago when IE was a must on most adcs you would rush BF sword into a zeal item and then finish IE. I dont think IE is good as a first item, you dont have enough crit chance or att spd for it to work.
Berserkers and alacrity rune should compensate the lack of attack speed for it, but we will see it with more stats soon. Personally, i think that BF is a very hard item to get early(hard to recall with 1300 gold), so you're buying components of IE and, if you don't have enough money for BF, going for next item components until you can buy bf and complete IE. So IE will be the first item that you complete anyway.
Well, from what i can see - it's the best 2nd item if you can't rush serrated dirk before(if enemy team will have a lot of armor for example. If you can rush serrated dirk, it's better to play dirk into ie into collector
Well, currently - he's the weakest champ in all game - 43% winrate in e+ games (lolalytics stats). Of course, people are trolling a bit with going essence reaver still, but even with trinity first, his winrate is only 46%. The only somewhat viable build is full ap with blackfire torch first, because item is very strong itself. Also, riot already said that the essence reaver and smolder looks weak (and some other champs and items), so hopefully, tomorrow we will see some hot buff changes.

Well, usually people playing inspiration as the first tree with sorcery 2nd. I think sorcery will be the best no matter what, just first rune tree is changed to precision. Some people are playing first strike still tho and it's looking not as bad as i thought, so you can try first strike too.
What you don't like about them? Every rune is having the best winrate in this patch except alacrity(which is just skewed data due to low amount of games with this rune) and cut down that i actually not that strong for her
Yeah, they will hot buff him in 2 days, that's for sure. In new patch his winrate dropped to 42%. Of course it's also because of people still buying essence reaver, but even with optimal ad items he sucks rn. I saw people going ap build with new blackfire torch into liandries. Maybe it's viable.
i like more berserkers on lucian than lucidity boots , they also scale better and if u build the new navoiry on lucian there is no need for lucidity boots
berserkers can be viable sometimes(when enemy team has a solid frontline) but most of the time you want to play lucidity with raw ad. Lucian scales the most from 2 stats - ad and ability haste. So it's much better to not buy berserkers and new navori except extremely rare cases

Спасибо! Ниле больше всего нравятся 2 стата - ад и крит шанс. Скорее всего самым оптимальным решением будет играть через ранний зазубренный кинжал, после чего собирать грань, после добирать сборщик долгов и третьим уже решать между лорд домиником / юнталом(поджигающий на критах айтем) / кровопийцей / арбалетом бессмертия.
