This run opened my eyes to a new way of playing. Using side flips to position yourself better for future corners, whilst keeping drift boost alive. All of the optimisations around this will be fun to carve out. You are the first person I have seen utilise them a lot.
You are fucking cracked for beating that record. I gotta say I think what saved you the most time was your drifting through that whole run. You were able to hold them for so long and not lose time. Great job
Mark my words . This is not even close to what will be the 100% run the game is just 1 month old give it some time cheequ or some other ridiculously good player will beat it

I don’t understand how you are keeping the drift when you jump and flip down. Is it the car you are using? I been trying to do it and it does not work. The minute I flip the drift ends.
Hey is it my controls or did they nerf flighr speed? When you pitch up thw car slows down(as it should, I mean that's what airplanes do)I didn't find any patch notes online...
Do you use keyboard and mouse? This only happens with keyboard and mouse. Changing your keybinds helps. Cheequ uploaded a Video about his keybinds and controls. It can help you
Jeez even with this crazy run there is still room for improvement thats just crazy to me, I personally think the max time you can get on Riviera is 3:15
@@omnivex9504 No I did a little math, If you avg about 800 speed the whole race that is about 1min and 5 seconds per lap as he did about 663 the whole race and got 3:34 or 1min 14 seconds per lap plus there was a couple of times where they would hit the hazards and lose speed so my by calcs 3:15 is right about the fastest time we can get atm.
By default there is a bind to activate air pitch controls. You have to press W and S while holding that. You can also disable the need to manually activation air pitch controls, in the settings, so that you can just use W and S. That's what i've done.
