Your nose is taking you in the right direction. I just threw a max 6 G2 and a 1480 kv hobby star with a 21 tooth pinion ( I am waiting for the 23 t) It weighs as much as a tank but it should it's built that way. The ramp is insane! It rips! I am still trying to find great spots. The never-ending quest... Those flat landings are extreme no matter how tough.
Like you said, the ramp gives you more time. Unfortunately, I don't get out with it enough... I'm definitely having fun while working up to your level of craziness. 🤪💪
It's a beast. I would start with f & r chassis supports, shock standoffs for add ons. The diff oil and shock oil need to be adjusted to your liking. I built my big rock from scratch.
