Today I was at a gas station outside of Spokane on my way home from Beacon Hill and I saw a van that looked almost identical to yours. Bikes on back, decked out identical except it was on bigger tires. First thought was, "No way did I just trip across Mo and Hannah at a random gas station?" Turns out it wasn't you, but I came home and saw this vid up which makes it all better.
You could still find Condos just under 700K in South OC. It is very expensive , and interest rate is above 7%. Your expectation for lower and affordable housing is a bit of a pipe dream. Good luck and safe travel.
Just curious, what is you guys current bike picks for a do everything bike? Like top 5 picks. That would make a great video. Top 5 picks from both of you guys.
Squirrel....lol. so many good places to call home. Utah would be a great place to call home with the riding minis the surfing lol. But plenty of lakes around to paddle board in. The cannondale scalpel from what I've been looking at seems to be a great bike overall. Your buddy Jason at mtb yum yum has lots of good things to say about that bike as well.
You guys should check out Bandon Oregon. Whiskey, run trail system, Oak Ridge, Alsea Falls and Black Rock trail systems. Plus, if you want to ride in the desert and beat up your rims on lava rock, you can ride in Central Oregon..
Every time I see a Giant Trance X Advanced Pro, it just literally takes my breath away. God what a gorgeous bike. My dream bike. But that Cannondale?! A rocketship! XC bikes these days really are no joke.
Great timing y'all, I've been talking to my friend about getting a scalpel, now I'm going to push harder. Consider N.C. you can settle within 4hrs of Pisgah and 4hrs of the beach.
@@moandhannahtravel hahahaaa.... watched you guys ride the Greenbelt in Austin. This time of year until Oct it's like riding in a jungle... but luv it. And love your videos. 🤘
I’m sure you will rule out Washington, yes it has mountains but the beaches are windy, cold and not ideal for surfing. I grew up in the Olympia area, it’s very green and really beautiful. The mountain biking is hit or miss in the fall and winter months, so much rain and mud. What about Georgia, mountains and Florida are both fairly close. South Carolina is also gaining popularity..
I am a bit worried about the lack of sun because I’m definitely a candidate for seasonal depression lol! 😂😂 Alabama was on our list but Georgia and Florida don’t have enough mountains for us! -Hannah
@@moandhannahtravel I like Alabama too, and affordable housing. Northern Georgia has accesss to nice mountains and close to Chattanooga TN. NE has FATs trail system but yeah it’s not real mountains. You will be depressed in WA in the LONG winter months, trust me.this why we moved to AZ haha
Florida isn't known for it's surfing since you know eastern coast of an ocean(western Atlantic coast is where it's at. Also Alaska surf was awesome too.
@@mellissanash7517 well there aren’t many options as far as beaches and mountain biking…highly doubt they would even consider Alaska. Oregon is ok but most of the coastline is rocky. Only options are, CA, Hawaii… coastal eastern states, but having mountains and oceans with surfing really narrows down their options.
