Great video, John. Videos like yours always brighten up these dark days in England. I've been spending the last three months using the library to watch your videos because my internet has been down, but once its back up, I'm having a Flick Pick Marathon with unlimited Mountain Dew.

I paused the video, went downstairs to the vending machine, and got a mountain dew just for this.

Just got back from Best Buy, picked up Saving Private Ryan, Drive, Sin City, Escape From New York, and GTA V on Xbox One haha...just thought I'd share that.

Great update, Big Hero 6 is great and still in the cinema here in Holland. I hear that limp bizkit is going to be a big hit. I wanted to hear Keaton say in his voice over voice as birdman: 'I'm Batman'. Still need to get my hands on whiplash and see it. I liked the hobbit 3, it was kinda lame how the fight with the dragon ended like in 5 minutes. They had to put that all in the 2nd one.

Great update. I saw the original "The Fly" on Netflix sometime in October and I really liked it, one of the shining gems of classic Sci-Fi Horror.

This video sure is a lot of fun to watch. I don't care if you're late to talk about these movies better late than never.

As a die hard LOTR fan, I thought the BOTFA was really good, it had faults but was still a really enjoyable film, especially the battle scenes and the necromancer scenes. As a lover of film I honestly cant understand why so manny people hate it. For me the first Hobbit movie was a slight disappointment but the last two are brilliant.

The first Hobbit movie was the best overall in my opinion, I like how we got to know the dwarves and the hobbit, I loved the DoS up until the overload in elves happened and a weak love story.

I swear I want to be this guy's roommate! XD seems like endless hours of fun time, and movie nights, and Constant convos about Batman!

You say "cheap" but I say more expensive. Scyllar wants $24.99 for Saw 1-7 and I paid $13 for it elsewhere.

I was that Lord of the Rings fan that you went to the movies with that my friends had. I was highly critical of that 3rd Hobbit movie. Thought it was an all around piece of shit but you nailed it where it seemed animated and some of the elements didn't fit

Absolutly loved Big Hero 6-my favourite Disney movie and loved that it was a Marvel property too. Haven't seen any other movie out of these ones, but definetly gonna watch them.

I agree with everything you said about Big Hero 6 and Whiplash. But not The Hobbit. I liked that one a lot. Sure, it had some flaws, but it wasn't the worst of all the Middle-Earth films. (To me it is on the same lever as The Hobbit The Desolation of Smaug)
