Got exactly the same car and colour but with a Pan Roof ,I've had no issues with getting into reverse ,I also think it's a much better looking car than the previous 1 series ,I love the rear LED lights ,I do also miss a reverse camera
My wifes got the previous 1 series m sport and that gear box is exactly the same, especially reverse gear its like you need arms like the hulk to put it in lol
I have the F40 M135i with tuning box at 367bhp. Stunning motor. I had the F20 M140i before, and the F40 is the better car. BTW in the cars settings, you can alter the headlights from right hand drive to left hand drive. Saves putting them crappy beam deflection stickers on the lights. Enjoy the motor.
That’s some good knowledge. I will most certainly use that if we take it away this year. But we are considering changing it out for a f31 340i touring if we have another little man. Would love a m140i. The dream. Thanks for watching man.
120i is not available everywhere :( petrol options in UK are limited to 118i, 128ti and 135i. Agree that the 120i with around 200bhp would be the sweet spot.
I had the M140 F20 and loved it, but the F40 M135 I have now is a better car. Mine is mapped to 367bhp stage 1. The control in corners with xdrive is stunning. Wet weather drive too, is safer. The M140 would lose its rear end when putting the power down hard. F40 all the way. Plus, the front looks great with the CSL style grill from maxton.
