Do you fold the fabric down to make a casing for the elastic? It looks like you just sewed the elastic on, how do you do that? Very easy and simple method, I love it

I just sewed the elastic on the fabric.. We can make a casing also if we dont want the elastic to be seen...

For the elastic did u stitch in the center of the elastic or gave 2 stitches to secure both sides of the elastic width ? Thanks
