New Born Baby Monkey Chika (Chiro  

I realize this is new born and small but when you pick him up he is afraid. He has the sensation of falling. Just a suggestion it likely would help to wrap him in sot blanket and bundle him up by wrapping his arms and legs. This might work. It won’t hurt to try. Every thing is so quite. Do you talk to your baby monkeys? They need to feel secure and loved.

I absolutely LOVE how Chiro is looking at the baby. Tilting his head back and forth in curiosity while he carefully studies the little one. He instinctively pulls his ears back, raises his eyebrows and begins lip smacking to the newborn softly. Its crazy to me that he knows how to do this automatically at such a young age. It makes me think some of their behavior must be ingrained in their genetic makeup for survival, instead of learned by observation. Much like their drive to suckle and find a safe spot on mom's chest, clinging to her fur almost as soon as they are born. He's so cute - Trying to touch so gently after dad corrected him the first time but still unsure of himself. So sweet. Smart little guy. He is very used to being reassured and loved by his human family. It's nice to see a baby monkey treated this way and be so confident at such a tender age. So lovely. 💕😍🐵💕

❤ Tiny newborn. All she can do is scoot & squeak. She is SO Cute! Try feeding her her bottle while she's on her stomach. Newborn Baby monkeys don't lay on their back in the wild to nurse their Moms teat. She is pausing because her sucking muscles get tired easily because she is Newborn. Feeding is slow at first.

You have to be very attentive when you give baby monkey toys . They're like humans babies .They will put them in their mouths and can swallow the toys 'small pieces such as the steering wheel or the wheels .

For the first time i see no lip smacking(out of fear) no thumb sucking to cope! The only thing i would suggest is to let them cling to you as much as possible! You're an awesome dad. Ur family helps and everyone is so mellow it reflects on the babies. He is so well adjusted. I'm highly impressed.
