2023 was "The Year of the Throttle Body" for Ragnar (2002 Volvo V70 2.4T). The throttle issues and DTC's seem to be coming more frequently when I saw FCP Euro had the Bosch ETM on sale for only $266 - time to replace the Electronic Throttle Module (ETM) / Throttle Body and the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor!
Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) from OBD2 Reader:
P2131 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor - Switch F
P0221 Thottle/Pedal Position Sensor - Switch B
P0068 MAP/MAF Throttle Position Correlation
P0121 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor - Switch A
The OEM Volvo ("Bosch") Throttle Body lasted 21-years over at nearly 255,000 miles. While my replacement ETM is not stamped Volvo, it is an identical unit from Bosch (the OE mfg. for Volvo).
