Good to know on the storm on-hit, then second. Another thing that I like about Storm is you get attack speed for more move speed for every crit and you get to 100% crit faster.

The reasons why i never reached challenger myself Didn't play a lot so the game not inflating me In addition matchmaking slow down my progression too much, 7 KDA last season i was ONLY at 58 % win (master) turbo 1 vs 9 (with humans this should be at least 90%) Now i have an account to dodge the system and not be with boosted noobs like this yasuo who don't understand the game I play int sion duo with my friend who play int mundo and outmacro everyone Actually 92 % winrate (D2) without pressure :) Thanks Riot
