This video is a quick walkthrough/house tour of The Hanbury. It's a three bedroom, semi-detached house that I bought from Persimmon Homes. Yes they have a bad rep, but if you look at all of them on Trust Pilot, you'll see that all of the house builders have a lot of very recent, negative comments and lots of the positive comments on other house builders aren't 'genuine' comments (e.g. Saying that a sales rep was lovely, does not say anything about the quality of the homes they build!!). The house seems solid enough and I don't have too much on my snagging list. I'll always be honest though, so if I end up having an issue, you'll be the first to know about it! 😅So far so good and in all honesty, I love the vibe of the house and the wider area seems AMAZING!
