You can easily say the new one is revving higher... There is nothing old or new, increase the stroke length of the newer one by little bit, it will have decreased top speed but the sound gonna be same

You should use 2nd gear only for a speed boost more than 1st gear and that maximum speed should be 20 not 60, also for third gear maximum speed should be 40 not 80, भाई तु तो ले डुबेगा गाड़ी को, बकलोल मत बनो, सही ढंग से चलाओ ✌🏻
