The Caberg Drift Evo Carbon full face helmet is the carbon variant of the renewed successor to the Caberg Drift. It’s a sporty helmet that is also very comfortable when used as a touring helmet. It has a tight appearance which would not be out of place on the racing track.
The outer shell has been made from extremely strong and lightweight carbon - and this shell is available in two different sizes (XS-M, L-XXL), which ensures that the helmet is always as compact as possible (as less filler is needed on the inside of the helmet). The interior is of high quality and it is also removable and washable, totally renewed and has a more comfortable fit.
The removable rear spoiler is an improvement over the helmet’s predecessor, which has improved the helmet’s aerodynamic shape and has reduced turbulence. The Drift Evo even remains stable at high speed. Above all, the spoiler gives the helmet a sporty and aggressive appearance. The helmet has a large transparent anti-scratch visor and features a sun visor to protect you against the low blinding sun. Ventilation inlets on the kin and top of the head, in combination with the outlets on the back provide a comfortable helmet climate and the removal of warm air.
Outer shell:
Carbon outer shell
Shell comes in two sizes (XS-M, L-XXL)
Weight ± 1290 grams
Safety:

Stainless steel double-D retention system
ECE 22.05 certified
Ventilation:

Air outlet integrated into rear spoiler
Comfort:
Renewed comfortable interior
Removable and washable interior
Moisture draining and anti-bacterial
Double neckroll for excellent enclosure

Hello. I own this helmet and i can say it's very good for the price, despite it's not so well known. I want to add a few things. 1. Fitment is firm. I tried on a HJC RPHA 11 of the same size and the HJC was looser than the Caberg. You could put on the HJC just by pressing it down but not the Caberg. You need to put it on properly from back to front and when it's on, it doesn't move at all. It is comfortable to wear but a bit difficult to put on. If you want it to be easy to wear, go 1 size up. A correct size helmet will press on your cheeks all the time so your head doesn't move around. 2. Noice is not bad at all, even compared to the RPHA 11. It is infact a little better than the HJC. With a pair of good moto earplugs you can easily have music on while cruising. Some downsides are that: 1. It doesn't have an emergency release system on the cheek pads. 2. I found that ventilation is medium. Never had a problem in the summer but i also never found a helmet good on that part. Maybe i ask too much so.. 3. I personally always wear a balaklava because if i don't, my ears get crushed. I believe this happens with any proper sized helmet though. Might be wrong Overall great helmet! Would buy again! One question though. I think i did something while removing the inner lining and it seems that the styrofoam on the left side, where the sunvisor mechanism is, is misplaced. I don't know if i did it or it was a defect but is it possible to remove the styrofoam and place it correctly? I figured it is glued on but maybe i can somehow fix it.

Very nice presentation! Just ordered this helmet from you guys! :) I would have liked to see a full review or even better, a comparation against Scorpion Exo 1400 carbon before placing the order but I could not wait and the price of the Caberg is very attractive

just got the exo 1400 carbon... though both helmets offer bit similar stuff , exo has a airfit pump that swells up the cheek padding and results in better fit along with reduced noise...graphics on caberg are awesome

@@FortaMoto Thanks. I found an instruction manual online. The rear on is open when pushed forward. The chin one is open when pushed down from what I read :)..

May I offer you one suggestion. Perform your reviews in front of an uncluttered light background. It’s especially helpful when your review darker colored helmets. The showroom background is distracting and detracts from the otherwise well thought out review.
