One of the best advice I’ve received when things don’t go as planned (even when it might seem like a unhappy situation): what opportunity is this providing for me that I would not otherwise have? I have used this in all ranges of situations: traffic making me “late” or dealing with truly horrible pathological liars and shysters in a business situation. For me, it helped shift my perspective to see beyond the immediate and open myself to other opportunities for growth. I am a lot older than you, so hopefully someone reading this will find this helpful and they will learn much sooner than I did how to use this reframing question.

I have two suggestions! First is to do a declutter of the perfumes which are getting too old or that you dont wear anymore. The second suggestion is to call in a carpenter. Perhaps consider a custom made shelf unit! This way you can incorporate lovely spotlights and maybe mirrored shelves, glass doors to keep away the dust. Initially it may seem expensive but in the long run you’d get exactly what you want! Hope these ideas help ❤.

I have also been focused on investing in higher quality items, I am still in the start of my adult career so I focus on classic outerwear, bags and jewelry. I love wool coats so I’ve for instance decided to actively look for and invest in one each fall/winter season so last winter I got a black, straight 70% wool coat from Filippa K and this year I got a similar style but in a cool toned beige/brown color from Samsøe Samsøe, also 70% wool. These coats feel like investments that will last a lifetime and in the long run a cheaper alternative to rebuying lower quality coats that don’t last.

If you do that only top notes might disappear slightly faster (as with rubbing you heat up the skin so alcohol could evaporate slightly faster). All in all, nothing really happens.

How do you get the fragrance out of your clothes so you don’t forever have the scent in a particular garment?

Some of mine take many washes; you could try washing in vinegar (and of course double rinsing after)! Good luck

@@desireeeeam I have designated scarves for specific perfumes and then avoid spraying on clothes. Fragrance does still transfer but I do use vinegar in wash too 👍🏻 I was just wondering how she gets fragrance off after so many sprays 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi Monika. In the opening of the video you did something that other reviewers totally advise against. That is rubbing your wrist after applying the perfume. What is your take on that or did you just do it out of habit. Love to hear your comment. Love your channel. Bye
