@@jeejabuajaIT is, dons need to learn actual c++/c# if they want to make large open world games like this. Not boot up a game engine, buy a bunch of assets, and a have roblox level experience and sell it for $30

@@seannethercott2216Blowing up isn't relevant. It has to do with how people approach the game making process. They don't do any work, so the games are bland and resemble other games. They don't make the assets, many can't code. Compare an indie game like Kenshi which uses a 3d graphics engine OGRE instead of a game engine. They made the game then had the 3d engine display it, well that's a simple explanation. Today they don't want to make a game, they want to put together a game.

I've no issues with how they build the game but they should spend the time that gives them on game mechanics and storyline etc to bring you in. If the games good enough graphics, etc almost don't matter depending on the type of game. I know that would require some knowledge of coding etc which it seems many of them don't really have but still.
