...para mi gusto, solo le faltó ser plegable ya que en esa posición resulta algo incómoda y estorbosa para portar en la cajuela. Le doy un 8 Con total respeto. Saludos 👋😃
Nice try, I can see that you are thinking and I really hate to burst your bubble, but...it's possible that the bearing centers will punch out under load. They were not designed for vertical stress use. You need a tapered thrust roller bearing, or better yet a spherical thrust roller bearing. For your use the bearings should be corrosion resistant. For goodness sake, NEVER weld on a bearing cage , you WILL compromise the bearing's integrity. Also, the ready rod you have used will most likely gall and seize in time, under the weight of a vehicle. An ACME threaded rod would be much better to use. Nor is your stand triangulated for stability, it would have been better to put in four braces reaching to the ends of the angle iron feet. If the jack center welds are compromised in some fashion and it leans, ALL the weld will let go and the vehicle will come down...FAST! This isn't a new invention by a long ways. Vertical screw jacks have existed for many many many decades, some were made with bearings. I know this becasue I have four of them made from cast iron that were once building jacks, they incorporate not one but two bearings, have a wide square base and are serviceable. They are capable of holding up a five ton truck completely off the ground. Very nice paint job by the way...
Ich hätte noch in den Griff ein Loch rein gemacht damit man eine längere Stange dran machen kann für bessere Hebelwirkung aber ansonsten schnell gebaut erfüllt den Zweck! Weiter so
So I watched the video waiting for the "NEW TOOL". All I got was a 200 year old screw jack that was built to break. You welded the wrong type of bearing to start with. The althread is not rated for that type of load. And it won't take long for it all to end up seized. But you will get a good grad in 6th grade metal shop class. 🤣🤣
I want you to know something this is new if you can find someone who have build or some store that they sold like this with bearing I will quick second one this bearing is most powerful bearing you can fine that’s why I use this one which will make very easy to lift the car almost with one hand
Ok great idea but poorly executed. The bearing type used is great for radial load but not axial load. Welding bearing shells is a huge no no. You will crack the bearing. So, using a radial type bearing and installing it in a way that is likely to crack then using it to support a car while you work under it is really unsafe. Find a thrust bearing to take axial load and fit it so you don't have to weld it and you'll be much safer
Do you think he understands the difference between radial and axial load? Hope this comment moves him to ask, learn something and stop putting himself on such a risk. .
Reminds me of a similar device I saw loooong ago. My only concern is this design can collapse sideways. Needs bracing on the sides. Nicely done otherwise.
More like a triangulated or boxed footing which could increase stability would make it more safer and probably a second nut to serve as a locking nut to prevent colllapse from sheared threads of shaft under heavy weiht
those kind of jacks have been invented many, many years ago and they are very strong and will last forever the way they made it. I still have one from my dad.
You can use this in different ways example to haul your car or to lift your car I think it’s amazing idea because the bearing helps very much to move easier
Ok it's something different. But I do not think it is easy to use, it is difficult to operate there! Besides, it is only for the workshop, it is too bulky to have it in the trunk
I would rather use your jack for something else other than lifting something as big as a car. I would think of using that jack ok modified of course to maybe lift heavy fridge or organ that needs to be moved.
I think this is a great idea for light vehicles but very dangerous for cars. your hands are inside the car area. look at a standard hydraulic jack your hands are basically outside the car area.
Hello, do not be tired. It is great. Thank you. But I have a suggestion: I think it would be better if you welded 4 handles crosswise instead of 2. Thank you. Ali from Tabriz
Thank you very much Ali Your idea is wonderful and I think with the four handle it will be much better but it work very nice with two and he’s very easy but I think with four it will be much easier thank you very much have a wonderful day
If you open your trunk and lift up the spare tire cover you will be amazed with the newer tool that comes with your car...yes it is a futuristic car jack that the aliens brought to this earth millenials ago and compared to this tool it is safe
Hahahahaha. If its supplied by factory yes it should be safe. Some jacks made by factories are crap. My dad used the scissor jack and the damn thing like flew out from under the car and that was on level ground! But yes haha. The ones usually coming with the car is lot safer than one in video. And its quicker.
Repent to Jesus Christ! Are you a sinner? Mark 2:17 King James Version 17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
